I don't really have an exact thing that got me into fat women. Growing up I wasn't even into them at all, like I kind of found them sorta gross. 

I got more into fat women as my fetishes developed in early puberty. At first I got into chubby women (like 200lb range, Candi was my favorite at the beginning) and it slowly evolved into bigger and bigger to the point where I'd say a anything from 300-450lbs is prime for me when it comes to this fetish.
