They do seem to have a natural hang to them, which is why I've added the 'massive naturals' tag. But her boobs being fake is indeed also possible. If they are real however, then I could make a comparison to Yungfreckz; she has posted cleavage shots of her huge naturals on Instagram and Onlyfans, but hasn't gone topless (yet).
