I’ve been over 300 pounds for almost 3 years now and I want to start moving it around to my advantage. I have always admired strong women, so why not strive to become one?!

With training follows body changes. It’s inevitable. I can’t go from being sedentary to throwing weight around and not see changes. The scale hasn’t shown much change but I can tell in my waist that things are different. Like I’ve said before my hourglass seems more defined.

So I am not sure what is next to come. All I know is I want to be strong. I want to be the friend you call to help you move furniture and the parent that runs and plays with their kids. 
 

Will I still eat like a gluttonous whore? Most certainly 😂 & I am still going to make content that I think is incredibly hot because I really do enjoy it. I will just be very transparent on my fantasies. ❤️

Love what's ahead for you! 

From experience, your appetite is going to skyrocket with the more you workout. All the burned calories need replacing, your body demanding nutrients to fuel its growing muscles.

If you thought you were insatiable now or before, I think you're in for a great surprise 😍

I had posted about this queen on my insta a while ago because I was in love from the first video I saw of her 😂

her name is Chase Ealey and she is incredibly hot to me🥵

she is a thick queen and her workout videos are INSANE. The strength this chick has is unbelievable and her body is a work of art. 🤤🤤🤤🤤

if I could be a brickhouse like her (but bigger) I would be in heaven.

  🙌i mean  like well your strength training get alot like of fast food like  Fried chicken donuts ice cream   burgers pizza tacos or even your favorite fast food   but still  strength train at the same time than after every drink after can be like gain mass mix ice cream and cake mix and plus you big and You be strong but if you do it everyday you be bigger and stronger them girl will be Jealous of how big and strong you are

What about KFC and subway you can probably get a sub with 12 inch meatball sub on it with Extra Cheese and marinara sauce on it

But Eat 5 Huge tubs ice cream like cotton candy Cookie dough and get Vanilla ice cream with fudge and peanut butter swirls plus fudge covered peanut butter filled pretzels and Ben's and jerry chubby hubby's s than for last one get any flavor ice cream and put 20 donuts on it than put caramel sauce on with chocolate syrup and sprinkles than whipped cream

Yeah dumb comment sorry, though I definitely meant subtle difference a little more solid little less soft looking. Could just be angle of pic. How much fat do you think you carry on your arms isn't usually biggest place for storing fat.
