There are two ways to measure it - by body mass index or by fat index. I imagine BMI will "penalize" someone like Gina Carano o Serena Williams who have a lot of muscle mass, while fat index will "penalize" skinny fat types with little muscle mass. I've seen barely overweight/normal people encounter issues from their weight, and fatsos who's bodies couldn't care less. Also, why are we bringing something up from 2014? She just had an story go up outlining some of her new workout clothes; apparently she’s now a 34DDD. Hasn’t gained or lose much weight but interesting to follow.
