Back in 2016 and January 2017, Majo weighed over 240 lbs:

Feeling sluggish and lethargic, she decided to get weight loss surgery in February 2017. It was a success, and by 2018 she had lost 35 lbs:

She maintained her toned physique into February 2019:

To elaborate a bit further on this point, she had a sleeve gastrectomy. What this means is that she had about 75% of her stomach removed in order to curb overeating:

This is normally a very highly effective form of weight loss surgery, with only about 30% of patients gaining weight back afterwards. 

It looks like Ms. Schumacher beat the odds:
