Voluptuouslover Posted May 10, 2021 Share Posted May 10, 2021 Stuffing for 2 weeks with as already said carb laiden and fattening dishes.....butter and heavy cream in your cooking are you friend. After eating and stuffing more and more have some nice fattening deserts after every meal.....then when you think you can’t possibly eat any more add liquid calories in way of milkshakes adding heavy cream and full milk.....you can easily add 1-2k calories just in those at the end of the night. after 2-3 weeks of eating like this and. Listing out your gut you will have a massive appetite and never really get full anymore. Even if you do t feel hungry once you start eating you will just continue because your gut will need to be filled to it’s maximum stretching point.
