@Thatfatguineapig I think if you really push yourself girl you’d be able to hit 40 pounds in a month, 10 pounds a week, 40 for the entire month it would be a good challenge best of luck let the gains begin 🙏

So! Next saturday I will be officially starting this and I cannot express how excited I am! 

Will do a measurements and weight in to start and then I wanted to ask you guys: 

1 weight in per week during the 4 weeks OR 

1 final weight in and measurements side by side?
