Otsin Posted November 27, 2020 Share Posted November 27, 2020 My friend lives with me, loves food, can eat a lot, wants to gain weight, but has a very difficult time doing so. She's 4'11", 85 pounds, and was able to get to 89 before it just magically disappeared back down to 85. What are some ways/methods we could use to speed up the process or fight her metabolism?
