Weight Gain Roleplay rules

So this isn't a story per se, but i'm an avid rpg player and wanted to come up with a simple rule set for some sort of story with reader interaction via voting and rolls. This is kind of based off of DELTA GREEN but simplified. At some point I'm going to start an interactive based off of this but need to finish at least one ongoing first.

Working on and posting this doesn't count because its not a story.

System

This will use a simple d100, over/under roll without modifiers (at least at the start), based on character attributes rated 1-100. If a character has a Charisma attribute of 50 and rolls a 50 or below, they succeed; if they were to roll a 51 or higher they fail. ADVANTAGE rolls are rolled twice and the best number is taken, DISADVANTAGE ROLLS are rolled twice and the worst number is taken.

Attributes are:

ATHLETICS: physical strength and dexterity, representing skill and damage with melee or ranged weapons, reaction time, speed and general fitness.

CONSTITUTION: governs endurance, physical health and resistance to poison and weight gain. Hit points are constitution divided by 2.

WILL-POWER: governs self control, perception and ability to determine reality.

INTELLIGENCE: governs knowledge, intuition, computers, problem solving and magic use.

CHARISMA: how persuasive and attractive someone is. Note this is a PREFERENCE related attribute.

FAT SCORE: as this quest primarily deals with weight gain, the more the main character gains, the higher their FAT score rises. FAT is tied to the characters BMI score, with changes accumulating by points and  Normal, Overweight, Obese, Morbidly Obese categories.

Normal: 20-24, all characters start in normal, at their ‘ideal’ bmi of 20, at the height of their health and athleticism. As an example, Player Characer Katya begins play at 5'11, weighing 143.5 lbs. For every increase in the Normal category, the character’s physical stats fall by 2 points but their CHARISMA increases by 1 due to being more curvaceous among NPCs with the NORMY tags. This bonus is immediately removed if the PC hits the overweight category. For every increase in the normal category towards overweight, their Charisma penalty decreases by 2 for NPCs with the FAT FETISH tag.

Overweight: 24-30, a character is carrying an excessive amount of weight and is out of shape. At 24 FATPOINTS and every 2 FAT POINTS after, the PC risks gaining a FAT FEAT. As an example, PC Katya hits overweight at 179lbs. For every increase in the Overweight category, a characters Physical stats fall by 3 points and their CHARISMA score among normies falls by 2 but increases among FAT FETISHIST by 2.

Obese: 30-35, a character is greatly overweight, their weight impacting their health. As an example, PC Katya hits obese at 215lbs. For every increase in the overweight category, a character’s physical stats fall by 4 points. Their CHARISMA scores fall by 4 among NORMIES and rises among FAT FETISHIST by 4.

Morbidly Obese: 35+, a character is immensely overweight, their weight impacting basic physical activities. As an example, PC Katya hits morbidly obese at 251 pounds. For every increase in the morbidly obese category, a character’s phsyical stats fall by 5 points and for every 2 point increase they must develop a health problem. Their CHARISMA scores fall by 5 among NORMIES and rises among FAT FETISHIST by 5.

Example: Player Character Katya is a player character Knight investigating disappearances and weight gain among noble girls in a rural town. She has a high ATHLETICS (80) and CHARISMA (70) score with a medium CONSTITUTION (50) and a low WILLPOWER (30), making her a mighty warrior and great beauty, if on the lean side and not particularly tough or observant. She is tall and fit, with refined bone structure and a slim, toned yet busty figure. She looks in no way like Kate Upton.

Cultists within the inn successfully dose her with an appetite stimulant and Katya fails her CONSTITUTION save, letting it change her appetite. Every day Katya fails her WILLPOWER SAVE,  causing her to over eat and also fails her 2nd CONSTITUTION save to resist gaining weight, causing her to gain 2 pounds a day during her ten day stay. Due to being very full, she doesn’t bother seriously investigating or training, getting lazier.

By the tenth day, Katya has gained twenty pounds and 3 fat points, bringing her to 23. Her ATHLETICS has fallen from 80 to 74 due to softening muscles interfering with her sword form and her CONSTITUTION has fallen from 50 to 44 due to growing lazier. Conversely, Katya’s CHARISMA among has risen from 70 to 73 due to growing curvier among Normies. She’s lost some of her muscle tone and her belly is starting to curve, but her hips have rounded out and her boobs are much bigger. She would reach the limits of her stamina earlier and finds that she is a less skilled fighter/weaker lifter.

After passing a WILLPOWER check finally, Katya begins her investigation. Due to being being bustier, Katya convinces a chamber maid at the local castle to confess to seeing the local countess have jewelry last seen on the missing girls. Katya enters the castle and wins a hard fight against the guards due to her still high ATHLETICS. However, just as Katya slays her, the countess casts a spell of instant gain on Katya. Katya fails her CONSTITUTION check and gains 1d20+5 pounds. The countess rolls a natural 19, meaning Katya gains 24 pounds to 189 lbs and adds 3 weight points, bringing her to 26. The first point of increase, from 23-24, is the last in the Normal category, meaning she loses 2 physical points and Katya’s ATHLETICS falls to 72, her Constitution falls to 42 and she is now in the Overweight category. The last two points of increase are in the over weight category by 2 points, meaning Katya’s ATHLETICS falls to 66 and her CONSTITUTION falls to 38.

Katya is still fairly strong and skilled, but she has a noticeable beer gut, no real muscle tone and tires quickly due to being out of shape.

As she is Overweight, Katya’s CHARISMA is now affected by the Preferences tags.

PREFERENCES:

The Player Character’s rolling target for a CHARISMA roll will vary depending on the size preference of the target. Against a target npc with a “FAT FETISH” tag, a PC with a “NORMAL” BMI will take a +2 penalty per FAT SCORE Point away from Overweight they are. Against an NPC with a “THIN FETISH” tag, the PC takes a +2 penalty per FAT SCORE Point they are above Overweight.

When the example PC Katya becomes Overweight, people’s preferences now determine how her CHARISMA affects them. Katya’s boss Gail, a serious Cleric with a NORMIE TAG, is disgusted by how Katya has plumped up. Against Gail, her CHARISMA is a 66.

Conversely, Katya’s friend Ambroise, a frivolous playwright with the FAT FETISH TAG, thinks Katya looks great with the extra curves. Against Ambroise, her charisma is a 74.

LOSING WEIGHT: Losing fat points requires a strenuous exercise program and a strict diet. One Fat point requires two weeks of exercise and dieting to lose, represented by an ATHLETICS check and a WILL POWER check. Should both succeed, the PC loses a weight point and erases any alteration to their scores. Should ATHLETICS succeed but WILL POWER fail, the PC regains one point’s worth of ATHLETIC and CONSTITUTION points but takes no other changes, representing a gain in muscle but no loss in fat. Should WILLPOWER succeed but ATHLETICS fail, the PC takes no change. Should both WILLPOWER AND ATHLETICS fail, the PC gains one FAT POINT instead, representing cheating on her diet.

As an example, when she returns triumphant from her mission, Katya’s boss Gail puts her on a weight loss program. Katya succeeds on her ATHLETICS check, hitting the weight room and sword training hard to regain some of her muscle mass, but fails on her WILLPOWER check because Ambroise keeps inviting her out for dinner and drinks.

As a result, Katya regains 3 points of ATHLETICS and CONSTITUTION score, bringing her to 69 (Nice) and 41 respectively, but her Charisma is unchanged.

Gaining fat points is simpler. Every day a character overeats, they must roll a constitution save to avoid gaining. If they fail, they gain 1 lb. Certain conditions, poisons and spells can change this rate of gain or cause an instant increase.

I think this will be a splendid system.

I see that CONSTITUTION, as in all systems I can remember any rules for, is vastly important.

Also, with high ATHLETICS and low WILLPOWER (Katya...), it should be possible to gain muscle mass without limit, given time, which I feel is therefore a key (hidden) objective of the game. I hope there will be potions that help the dedicated Min-Maxer to achieve this.

Perhaps a BIG EATER tag will exist to help characters add weight faster, or make the willpower check to lose weight harder.

Oh yes, I wanted to have that on there so there could be a Strong Fat option. And I"m working on some mental and physical tags.

FAT FEATS: a character begins accruing more serious mental and physical problems as they gain, but perversely, sometimes these traits can be instead beneficial. Starting at a FAT SCORE of 24 and increasing every two FAT POINTS there on, the PC risks gaining a FAT FEAT.

A PC can voluntarily take a FAT FEAT but doing so risks taking an additional feat from the opposite table if they fail the requisite save. For example, when Katya hits 24 fat points she chooses to take the BIG MILKERS PHYSICAL FEAT, but must roll a WILLPOWER check to avoid having to roll a MENTAL FAT FEAT.

If they fail either the WILLPOWER or CONSTITUTION CHECK, they roll a d20 and find the matching number from the physical or mental  FEAT list and apply all relevant scores and conditions as needed. If the player rolls the same trait they already have, or a trait that cannot exist the same as another trait, they must roll again

All PCs start out with 1 mental and 1 physical FEAT, determined by player and GM.

MENTAL FEATs:

1. WHAT HAVE I DONE?: this Pc recoils in horror at their weight gain, taking a heavy hit, 1d10, to their willpower and charisma. Having HEDONISTIC HOTTY already prevents this damage but doesn't heal damage already done.

2. CRUMBS IN BED: the PC begins sleep eating whenever they have access to food and are not restrained at night. Everyday counts as overeating for them, weight gain from daytime Overeating stacks. CONSTITUTION checks must be made for both.

3. GOTTA GET THIN: the PC is obsessed with losing weight. They roll with advantage on WILLPOWER checks to lose weight or avoid overeating.

4. ITS ALL MUSCLE: the PC believes, rightly or wrongly, that their increased fat is a thin layer of bulk over muscle. -5 penalty to WILLPOWER to avoid over eating, advantage to ATHLETICS to exercise.

5. LAZY BONES: the PC is demoralized by stitches in her side, sweatiness and shortness of breath and will do anything to avoid them. -5 to all ATHLETICs check.

6. RIVER IN EGYPT: "they shrank in the wash", "I'm the same weight as always", "only five pounds" says the PC in total denial of their weight gain. DISADVANTAGE to all ATHLETICS or WILLPOWER checks involved with weight loss, the PC gains a +2 CHARISMA bonus on checks against "FAT FETISH" NPCS and -2 against "NORMIE" PCs per FAT POINT over 24. A SORCERESS rolls CHARISMA spell checks as if she had the FAT FETISH tag.

7. CANT SEE IT, CANT WEIGH IT: the PC believes they can hide their gain with slimming colors, flattering cuts, corsets and illusion spells if possible. If they can pass a CHARISMA check, they can appear 3 FAT POINTS smaller to an NPC.

8. DRESS FOR MY SIZE: the PC is aware that they've gained weight and whether happy or not knows they have to make it work through flattering cuts and hiding problem areas. The PC gains a +2 CHARISMA bonus on checks against "FAT FETISH" NPCS and +1 against "NORMIE" PCs per FAT POINT over 24. A SORCERESS rolls CHARISMA spell checks as if she had the FAT FETISH tag.

9. BULGING BRAVERY: rightly or wrongly, the character believes their bulk is a sign of toughness and strength. Must pass a WILLPOWER check before a physical action, receives advantage to the subsequent ATHLETIC checks on a success.

10. OBESITY LOVES COMPANY: whether they think their friends would look cute with extra pounds or think that if they can't be thin, no one can, this PC wants others to gain. Roll with ADVANTAGE on CHARISMA bonus on persuading friendly NPCS to over eat, when casting a weight gain spell, a spellcaster with this trait gains ADVANTAGE.

11. STRESS EATER: the PC deals with failure by over eating. Any day they fail a roll, they will attempt to overeat. WILLPOWER check negates that day.

12. HARMLESS FATTY: the PC appears fat and helpless, whether they are or not, which can let a fat but still lethal assassin by pass guards. ADVANTAGE on disguise checks and CHARISMA checks to convince an NPC the PC is helpless are rolled as if the NPC has the "FAT FETISH"  tag.

13. SIZE UNAWARE: the PC knows they've gained weight but can't quite take their bulk and weakness into account when it comes to stealth, sneaking and staying quiet. They roll with DISADVANTAGE on ATHLETIC checks to pass silently or INTELLIGENCE checks to hide or CHARISMA checks to disguise themselves.

14. BIG FAT NERD: this character would rather read and munch than exercise and restrain themselves. For every FAT POINT they gain from now on, they gain 2 Intelligence.

15. DUMMY THICC: There's sauce on their spellbooks, as the PC would rather work their jaw than any muscle, which includes their brain. For every FAT POINT they gain from now on, they lose 2 Intelligence.

16. BIG AND ANGRY: the PC has lost their athletic build and it pisses them off, they might be clumsy and out of shape but from now on, they gain a +1 damage bonus with each FAT POINT.

17. WIDE AND WEAK WILLED: the PC's self indulgence towards food has leaked into the rest of their life, hampering their mental strength and ability to withstand temptation. Their WILLPOWER score falls by 2 per gained FAT POINT from now on.

18. CONTENT: for this PC, eating whatever they want has made them able to avoid other temptations and mental fears. From now on, their WILLPOWER score increases by 2 per FAT POINT.

19. GUILTY CONSCIENCE: the PC knows they need to be dieting and exercising, they're out of shape and their health is starting to go. Anytime the PC fails a WILLPOWER check to avoid over eating, they take a 5 point penalty to all WILLPOWER checks the rest of the day out of guilt.

20. HEDONISTIC HOTTY: the PC has gained weight and they know it looks damn good on them. PC preference becomes "FAT FETISH" if it is not already. CHARISMA point changes against NPCs with the "FAT FETISH" trait increase by 1 per FAT POINT above OVERWEIGHT. Against an NPC with the "NORMIE" tag, PC can make a CHARISMA check to turn their PREFERENCE to 'FAT FETISH." PC will overeat at every opportunity and refuses to lose weight by dieting.

PHYSICAL

1. WEAK WIND: soft muscles and a growing bulk count hard against long physical activity. On CONSTITUTION or ATHLETICS checks involving running, swimming or other stamina activities, the PC rolls with DISADVANTAGE.

2. DEEP RESERVES: fat is nothing but stored energy and this character knows how to call upon it in times of need. On CONSTITUTION or ATHLETICS checks involving running, swimming or other stamina activities, the PC rolls with ADVANTAGE.

3. LOW BLOOD SUGAR: a big girl has to eat to keep up her strength, right? Every day the PC doesn't overeat, they receive a DISADVANTAGE on all ATHLETICS CHECKS

4. ENERGIZED BY EATING: there's nothing like a very large meal digesting in your gut to fill you up with energy for the rest of the day. Every day the PC overeats, they receive ADVANTAGE on all ATHLETICS CHECKS.

5. EAT BIG, LIFT BIG: this character knows that muscle always weighs more than fat and a loss in definition means much less than a gain in strength. This PC gains a +1 to ATHLETICS and CONSTITUTION with every FAT POINT from 24-30, at 30 FAT POINTS fat begins accruing faster than muscle and no more extra points are gained. The PC keeps previous points but does not receive more, however she rolls with ADVANTAGE on ATHLETICS for LOSING WEIGHT.

6. TOO FULL TO WORKOUT: this character knows that they have to eat big to fuel their muscles, but there's no point in working out when you're so full you're sick. This PC takes an extra -1 to to ATHLETICS and CONSTITUTION with every FAT POINT gained. Every WEIGHT LOSS attempt where they fail their WILLPOWER save will see their ATHLETICS check rolled with disadvantage.

7. SLOW METABOLISM: whether through advancing age, lowered muscle mass or just bad genetic luck, this PC gains weight easily. WEIGHT GAIN from OVEREATING is doubled, CONSTITUTION checks to avoid weight gain are rolled with DISADVANTAGE.

8. FAST METABOLISM: whether through youth, a high fat burn from lean muscle mass or just the genetic lottery, this PC gains weight very slowly. WEIGHT GAIN from OVEREATING is halved, CONSTITUTION checks to avoid weight gain are rolled with ADVANTAGE.

9. SWEET TOOTH: "Another slice you say? Well it is so hard to resist...", this character has a taste for sugar (and grease, fat, salt etc), making it hard to control themselves around unhealthy food. WILLPOWER rolls to avoid OVEREATING are rolled with DISADVANTAGE.

10. PICKY EATER: "Actually, do you have a salad? Pie upsets my stomach...", this character gags at the taste of sugar, making it easy to control themselves around unhealthy food. WILLPOWER rolls to avoid OVEREATING are rolled with ADVANTAGE.

11. BIG MILKERS: "Oh these? Oh yeah, they're getting bigger still. Why would I diet, it all goes to the girls first...they do make my back a bit sore..." This PC is blessed with a bountiful bosom by genetics, making them sexier to all and acting as a caloric disposal area...for a while. On gaining FAT POINTS between 20-24, this character's CHARISMA bonus increases by 2 instead of one with all NORMY NPCs, she takes no penalty with FAT FETISH NPCS despite being a normal weight and does not suffer ATHLETICS or CONSTITUTION loss per FAT POINT due to the fat failing to land on her limbs or core. On gaining FAT POINTS in the OVERWEIGHT category between 25-30, her CHARISMA increases by 1 among all NORMY NPCs instead of falling by 2 and increases by 4 among FAT FETISH NPCS instead of by 2, her ATHLETICS and CONSTITUTION scores however now fall by 4 points per FAT POINT instead of 3 to represent strain on her back. From 30 FAT POINTS onward, the PC's penalty/bonus on CHARISMA towards NORMIE/FAT-FETISHIST increases by 50% over baseline to represent rampant gigantomastia , while her ATHLETICS and CONSTITUTION penalties increase by 50% to represent immense back strain.

12. BADONKADONK: "I know its getting bigger, but I can't help that everyone likes it..." This PC is blessed in the backside, gaining weight there before any where else. On gaining FAT POINTS in the OVERWEIGHT category between 25-30, her CHARISMA increases by 1 among all NORMY NPCs instead of falling by 2 and increases by 4 among FAT FETISH NPCS instead of by 2, her ATHLETICS and CONSTITUTION scores however now fall by 4 points per FAT POINT instead of 3 to represent an ungainly butt. From 30 FAT POINTS onward, the PC's penalty/bonus on CHARISMA towards NORMIE/FAT-FETISHIST increases by 50% over baseline to represent a truly ludicrous ass , while her ATHLETICS and CONSTITUTION penalties increase by 50% to represent a ridiculous waddle and ungainly gait.

13. All IN THE GUT: "Not even an inch on my boobs but six in the belly! Come on, that's not fair!": this PC gains mostly in the gut. All CHARISMA penalties with NORMIE NPCs are doubled, while CHARISMA bonuses with FAT FETISH NPCS are doubled, tripling at 30 FAT POINTS. From 30 FAT POINTS onward, ATHLETIC and CONSTITUTION penalties increase by 50%.

13. THUNDER THIGHS: "I sneak forwards..." "CLAP-CLAP-CLAP-CLAP" "The Orcs notice you." The PC's gains primarily in their legs, making them slow, ungainly and clumsy. ATHLETIC penalties towards running, sneaking, riding and dancing are increased by 50% at OVERWEIGHT/25 FAT POINTS and rolled with DISADVANTAGE at OBESE/30 FAT POINTS. However, the PC doesn't take CONSTITUTION damage per FAT POINT until 30 FAT POINTS.

14. NATURAL BREEDER: "Okay, I"m a month or two late, my boobs are leaking, my belt is out five notches and I'm craving peanut butter and pickles but I can't be pregnant, I used protection!" This PC is blessed or cursed with fecundity. Using Birth Control charms/spells are rolled with disadvantage. When conceiving, they roll a 1d4 to determine the amount of fetuses.

15. BIG BONED: "Yeah I'm a size ten but that's just how I'm built..." this PC says they aren't fat and to a degree they're right. Until they hit OBESE/30 FAT POINTs they take no ATHLETICS or CONSTITUTION damage per FAT point and take half ATHLETICS or CONSTITUTION damage per FAT point from then on. Reroll if character already has SMALL FRAMED.

16. SMALL FRAMED: "FAT!? What do you mean, I've only gained 10 lbs!" This PC has a small and delicate build with weak muscles that can't easily handle the weight they're going to gain and they carry the fat awkwardly and obviously. From 25 FAT POINTS onward, they take double Attribute damage per FAT POINT.

17. SLEEP PROBLEMS: "Couldn't sleep a wink last night, my stomach was upset and I kept snoring..." Being overweight has made this character sleep poorly every night. Everytime they rest they only regain half the hit points they would otherwise.

18. HEAVY AND HORNY: "These pants are so tight, they're pressing on my clit...wanna help me take them off?" Whether through hormonal changes, compensation or just desperation, the PC gets increasingly horny. They must roll a WILLPOWER check before all mental actions or take a -10 to the relevant score due to distracting thoughts of horniness if they haven't had sex that day.

19. POOR HEALTH: "Oh Gods, oh Gods, that Goblin was so hard to fight...oh Gods...I'm seeing black spots" Be it due to arthritis, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, weight gain has made this character feel awful all the time. They roll disadvantage on all ATHLETICS and CONSTITUTION checks, if they fail two in a row they must rest immediately or die on a third failure.

20. NATURAL ATHLETE: "How long did I train for winning this marathon? What do you mean, I just thought everyone looked like they were having fun?" This PC is blessed by God to be an amazing athlete. While at NORMAL WEIGHT they automatically pass ATHLETICS tests, while at OVERWEIGHT they roll ATHLETICS with ADVANTAGE. They fail to take Athletics penalties until they reach 35 FAT POINTS and from their only take half penalties.

So does the #10 mental health problem stack? I think I know how to win 😈

Haha, wait until I get classes and races down. But thanks! There's a lot more weight gain feats down now, I decided to alter how they work a bit.

Last pages for right now, world building some time soon:

Special Weight Conditions:

Immobility: if a character's FAT POINTS are ever double their ATHLETICISM, they become IMMOBILE and cannot walk under their own power. Spellcasters might be able to continue adventuring with the help of flying carpets, magic wheel chairs and powerful golem mounts, but generally a fighter's adventure ends here unless they receive magical help. An Immobile character can trade one character level to lose 10 FAT POINTS.

Pregnancy: if a female character has sex with a male character they roll a CONSTITUTION check, if it fails, they are pregnant. Over the next 9 months, pregnant characters will gain 3d4 FAT POINTS before giving Birth. Those with access to BUFF or Cursing spells can cast a conception spell that changes the check's roll to an 80. Unless they are a NYMPH, characters can only conceive with their own race.

Magic: 3 classes (Cleric, Sorceress, Wizard) can cast magic. To cast a spell, the caster must roll under their classes Attribute. Cleric’s roll WILLPOWER, Sorceresses roll CHARISMA and Wizards roll INTELLIGENCE.

Exact spells aren’t important unless they deal with weight gain, but fall into general categories. All spells receive some sort of save, WILLPOWER for mental affecting ones or CONSTITUTION for body affecting ones.

Spells are more powerful the higher a character’s class level. Level 1 Characters cast spells that affect the next day, Level 2 characters cast spells that last the next week, Level 3 characters cast spells that last the next two weeks.

General spell categories are:

Buffing: increasing the chances of an ally succeeding on a roll.

Charming: making an enemy or NPC character believe they are friends of the PC.

Cursing: Decreasing the chances of an enemy succeeding on a roll.

Destroying: killing an enemy with lightning, fire, cold or telekinesis.

Healing: restoring hit points or removing an enemy condition.

Illusion: making an enemy or NPC see believe they are seeing something they are not.

Nature: manipulating plants to grow into useful forms,  attack enemies or help allies or summoning powerful animals to help in combat.

Summoning: summoning angels, devils or other extra-dimensional creatures to help in a fight or with a problem.

Weight Related Spells: as they are actually important, several example wg spells are listed. As they are very powerful, a PC can only cast one WEIGHT RELATED SPELL per in game day. WEIGHT RELATED spells can not be dispelled, only endured. Players and DMs are welcome to come up with more as they want.

Weight Transfer: the caster transfers (Their Level of d20s + FAT POINTS over 25) from their body to a target, causing themselves to lose weight and the target to gain it. This can only be cast if the Caster is at 30 FAT POINTS or higher. Any non-hostile character hit with this spell becomes hostile if they can tell who cast it. Conversely, this weight can be taken from a willing target to the caster.

Low Metabolism: for the next two weeks, the character automatically fails CONSTITUTION checks to resist weight gain.

Grow: the character begins growing a cup size per day.-

Flatten: the character begins losing a cup size per day.

Muscle Loss:  the character’s muscles grow softer and weaker over time, takes DISADVANTAGE on all ATHLETIC checks to EXERCISE during weight loss.

Muscle Gain: the character strengthens and grows tougher, takes ADVANTAGE on all ATHLETIC CHECKS to EXERCISE during weight loss.

Out of Shape: the character takes a -10 penalty on all CONSTITUTION CHECKS.

High Appetite: the character automatically takes DISADVANTAGE on all WILLPOWER checks to avoid OVEREATING.

Preference Change: the character’s NORMIE/FAT-FETISHIST tag flips.

Sleep Eating: the character OVEREATS when sleeping.

Gain a FAT FEAT: the targeted character gains a FAT FEAT at random, requisite save permitted.

Races: the world is full of distinct sub groups and we’re going to focus on sexy ones.

Angel-Blooded: the descendants of  people who got touched by an angel in a specific way and then left with a baby. While not necessarily good, they are very good looking and have soft, feather white wings and shining blue eyes. Their angelic blood gives them skill at everything but people generally find them strange.

Race Abilities: are able to fly when they can spread their wings...as long as their FAT POINTS are lower than their ATHLETICS.

Race Bonuses: +5 to ALL.

Demon-Blooded: the descendants of people who went extra kinky and had sex with a demon and got a baby as a result. While not necessarily evil, they’re generally pretty sexy with Batwings, horns of some kind, black eyes and demonic tail. Their demonic blood gives them skill at everything but people generally find them weird.

Race Abilities: are able to fly when they can spread their wings...as long as their FAT POINTS are lower than their ATHLETICS. Their tail is prehensile, able to carry a small object, trip a person or feed the character without their consent.

Race Bonuses: +5 to ALL.

Elf: the race of a immortal, magically skilled people who are also thin, pretty and kind of full of themselves. Especially elf women who flaunt incredibly slim bodies at every opportunity and enjoy sexual flings with non-genetically compatible humans. Despite this they gain weight very easily due to a slow metabolism, countered against a deep sense of pride cultural hatred of weight gain. They make excellent spell casters of any type

Race Abilities: gain advantage to WILLPOWER checks against OVEREATING and for WEIGHT LOSS.

Race Bonuses: +10 to WILLPOWER, INTELLIGENCE and CHARISMA, -15 to CONSTITUTION

Giant: a race of very tall, long lived, very strong and sturdy folk who frequently live in harsh climates, generally they stand between 12 and 14 feet tall. Many find Giant women to be incredibly sexy, after all they can have eight foot long legs and breasts the size of a man’s torso, especially for those who’d risk death by SNU-SNU. Giant women are born much more frequently than men, causing female Giants to frequently wonder the rest of the world as mercenaries or exotic courtesans during their long youth only returning home after gaining enough wealth to support a smaller, weaker male giant. While typecast as barbarians and fighters they can be any class, although they are somewhat weak willed and oblivious. Due to living in harsh climates they are used to overeating whenever enough food is available and easily gain weight despite a strong metabolism.

Race Ability: Roll DISADVANTAGE on all WILLPOWER checks to avoid OVEREATING and on all CONSTITUTION checks for preventing WEIGHT GAIN. Roll ADVANTAGE on all ATHLETICS checks against smaller characters or monsters.

Race Bonus: +15  ATHLETICS, +10 CONSTITUTION,+5 CHARISMA, -15 WILLPOWER, -10 INTELLIGENCE.

Human: humans are really boring, they’re so boring you can do whatever you want with their racial bonuses. They do get fat easily though and in a lot of different ways.

Race Ability: Humans roll advantage on checks to avoid gaining a second FAT FEAT. if a PC dislikes a FAT FEAT chosen at random, they can discard it and roll for a second one.

Race Bonus: +10 to two Attributes, -10 to two Attributes.

Nymph: Nymphs are immortal, female fae who guard and nurture natural environments from human encroachment, using powerful spells and natural allies. Their skin is typically the color of a wood, ranging from bamboo green to mahogany black to aspen white, and their hair changes color with the season. They are also incredibly gorgeous, possessing a self confidence and sexuality that defies reason and weight. Bored nymphs visit non-nymph lands to have adventures, engage in diplomacy and have sex to make more nymphs, they can conceive with male or female characters but cannot do so with other nymphs. In their wild home they do not easily gain weight but in civilized lands, Nymphs gain weight easily because they are not used to having large amounts of cooked, processed food at hand and dislike non-sexual exertion. Most nymphs are fine with gaining some weight and few realize it is possible to gain enough to impact their health.

Race Abilities: Nymphs are so gorgeous that any CHARISMA penalties from FAT POINTS are treated as if they were one size category lower; for example an OBESE Nymph is treated as an OVERWEIGHT Nymph and an OVERWEIGHT Nymph is treated as a NORMAL Nymph. The nymph is included in this effect. Any plant or summoning spells they cast are rolled with ADVANTAGE. Weight loss checks and checks to avoid OVEREATING and its effects are rolled with DISADVANTAGE.

Race Bonuses: +15 to CHARISMA, +5 ATHLETICS, -15 CONSTITUTION, -5 WILLPOWER.

Classes:

Barbarian: whether they ride dinosaurs from steaming jungles or sail long ships from icy fjords, Barbarians are dangerous fighter who go into great rages. For any physical action, they roll CONSTITUTION checks to gain ADVANTAGE on ATHLETICS or ATHLETICS to gain ADVANTAGE on CONSTITUTION. Barbarian women tend to absolutely jacked, use two handed weapons, wear skimpy metal bikinis and have high constitutions, but lack willpower, intelligence and social graces. They are the dumb jocks of the melee fighter world, with the greatest resistance to weight gain but equally the greatest penalty.

Class bonuses: +20 to ATHLETICS and CONSTITUTION, - 10 to CHARISMA and WILLPOWER, -20 to INTELLIGENCE.

Cleric: servants of the gods, be they sacred prostitutes in skimpy clothes or repressed war nuns in tight chainmail, clerics use a blend of divine magic and weapons to fight for their faith. Divine magic focuses only on healing and buffing rather than destroying enemies with WILLPOWER as its linked . Clerics must be the same alignment as their god and follow their god’s dictates to gain their prayers, which can be difficult if they serve a god of restraint and chastity and become big titted, obese hedonists. Fortunately conversion is easy.

Class bonuses: +20 to WILLPOWER, +10 to CONSTITUTION and CHARISMA.

Knight: whether they are noble templars defending a besieged temple or cruel tyrants ruling over peasants, Knights are a blend of warrior and politician. Strong and tough, they also have considerable skills convincing people and tend to be very attractive due to good breeding. Female Knights tend to wear figure hugging, low cut breast plates and short skirts over thigh high boots. Their haughty self image and martial disposition is hit hard by weight gain.

Class bonuses: +20 to ATHLETICISM, +10 to CONSTITUTION AND CHARISMA.

Rogue: be they sea bound corsairs, desert bandits or urban cat burglars, rogues are out to take what other people have by any means necessary. Female rogues tend to wear clothes that are a combination of tight and midriff bearing, often incorporating black leather. Rogues need to be quick with their hands, wits and tongues to get by, requiring a blend of agility, sex appeal and intelligences that weight gain easily upsets. Especially as Rogues are naturally greedy and lazy in between jobs...

Class bonuses: +20 to ATHLETICS, +10 to CHARISMA and INTELLIGENCE, -10 to WILLPOWER

Sorceress: while Cleric’s need to know their prayers and Wizards must memorize their spellbooks, Sorceresses need only know that they’re hot as hell. The It Girls of magic, they depend on their self confidence to cast magic. While some say they are cruel and callous this is not always true, some sorceresses are kind and sweet. Instead of studying all spells, Sorceresses rely on natural talent towards a few spell types, as a result they can only know four of the nine types of spells.  Sorceresses tend to wear jewelry worth a village, elaborate headresses, tight dresses, necklines to their navels, skirts slit to their hips and six inch heels to enhance their spell casting attribute CHARISMA. While some sorceresses do work out to some degree, being too fit or sweaty is frowned on and they have a hedonistic lifestyle and love of luxury making them prone to weight gain. Weight that hits their CHARISMA has a disproportionate effect on their powers, making them try and alter their body type or their sexual preferences or punt the weight onto someone else.

Class Bonus: +20 CHARISMA, +5 ATHLETICS, -10 CONSTITUTION, -20 WILLPOWER

Wizard: the nerds of magic, Wizards depend on their INTELLIGENCE to cast spells. They can can up any type of spells to cast but must only pick 2 spell types a day. Wizards spend most of their time studying and researching, making them physically weak and prone to gaining weight. In contrast to Sorceresses, weight gain doesn’t affect them much, making them not care until they have to walk somewhere.

Class Bonus: +20 INTELLIGENCE, +5 WILLPOWER, -10 ATHLETICS, -20 CONSTITUTION.

Character Creation:

Step 1: Generate Attribute scores, either take a Preset of Points (60, 50, 40, 30, 20) or roll 5 d100s. A character’s points cannot exceed 80 in any category in step 1.

Step 2: Pick a Class and alter attribute points as needed.

Step 3: Pick a Race and alter attribute points as needed.

Step 4: Pick 2 FAT FEATS, 1 mental and 1 physical, and alter attribute points as needed.

Step 5: Name your character and create a background but really you’ve probably done this at step one and built the character you wanted.

This is getting good. I’m gonna go to work tomorrow, gym, and come back to make a character. I’ll post the stats here 🤷‍♂️ There’s so many good plot lines for a run with these rules... a harem of girls jealous of each other for the Sultan’s attention, a quest to stop a greedy goddess of greed, a mystery to find who or what’s fattening the town’s maidens...

If you'll forgive me for inserting a litte more DnD in your roleplay (which is excellent) I can't help but imagine how a Warlock would play.  While a Warlock's alignment can run the full gamut their Patron will typically lean towards evil and/or chaos, delivering instructions and providing boons to their chosen for as long as those instructions are carried out.  I think it would create a great opportunity to build a character specifically towards fattening others under the guidance of their Patron.  They could be a once thin goddess desiring to see mortals fatten out of spite, a Gluttony Demoness hellbent on spreading her influence, even an ancient sorceress that sought eternal life and youth through cursed magic and now needs to constantly siphon off her excess weight via her minions.  While the Warlock faithfully and ably serves their Patron they might get benefits to remaining thin and beautiful, fit and healthy even as those around them continue to swell and fatten but if they fail or even worse refuse their Patron's commands they might quickly discover how capricious they can be.

Their spells would seem to naturally gravitate towards Curses, Illusions and Charms alongside Destruction to better differentiate them from Clerics and would be CHARISMA based casters similar to the Sorceress.  Their stats would probably be fairly competitive but also at the mercy of their Patron's opinion of them.  The capacity for a wicked Patron to choose a naturally good person as their vessel, slowly twisting their morals, sexual preferences and desires, even steadily tempting their Warlocks towards a life of gluttony and hedonism while constantly using them to fatten others would make for an interesting roleplay.

World Building, not necessary to follow:

Grossia, the Northern Continent:

The center of this continent is the Jotun mountain range. A sprawl of towering peaks and fertile valleys, it is a rather alps like place the size of the Himmalayas. Multiple Giant clans inhabit it, as well as several nymph covens, generally taxing human traders who go through the few passes. The Frost Giant Jarlesses  live largely at peace, the few combats between them ceremonial ever since the clans rose to dominance over the dwarves, driving them from the mountains centuries ago. Merchants know to give gifts of exotic foods stuffs, alcohol and spices, the tribes literally eating it up. There is growing concern that this making the Clans soft: young frost giant shield maidens are now sporting bosoms and bellies only matrons once showed; the High Queen's Maiden guard is a third its old size because so few women can fit into their ancestral mithral armor and at the yearly athletic games held on the highest peak, the javelin throw, stone toss and foot race are showing steep declines year over year. High Queen Lorleai ponders what to do about the situation, wondering if she should launch a war to lean her warriors out, ban human trade to ensure slimming poverty or accept that the frost giant's days of being fierce warriors may be over. Whatever she decides, she best do it soon: traditional clans are gathering for war on the decadent humans who ruined their thigh gaps, while liberal clans are stockpiling food and attempting to learn human magic as their muscles grow unreliable. Lorleai deplores this division, as much as she deplores the considerable paunch her stress eating is growing...

To the south of the Jotun range is a boot shaped archipelago of increasingly tropical islands, home to the League of Republics. Cosmopolitan but human dominant cities dot these islands which strech on for several thousand miles along a sunken mountain range. The greatest of them is Venija, a proud oligarchic trade republic, with several wizarding schools and a large number of Angelbloods. Venija is opposed by Malin, the Republic's traditional powerhouse which is a powerful sorceress Oligarchy with a large number of Devil Blood sorceresses. Venija' merchant's discovery of a strange substance called "chocolate" is playing havoc with Malin's sorcerous fire power and waist lines, leading to the disastrous Fete of Snapped Corsets and the withdrawal of many sorceress covens from public life. The Malin Sorceresses are plotting their revenge, with rumors that they are creating something called a "Dummy Thicc" curse against the carelessly plump wizard academies of Venija.

To the north of the Jotun range are the 101 Kingdoms, a collection of duchies, princedoms and a few actual Kingdoms united under the theoretical rulership of the Red Empress, Theona. Theona is over five hundred years old, having kept her youth through Sorceress prowess and her political power through adroit ploys and alliances. There are rumors that Theona's control is slipping: several duchies are in a state of near war with each other after several marriage alliances organized by Theona ended in multiple brides appearing heavily pregnant at the altar. Personally, courtiers whisper that they've seen the start of fine lines on the Empress' eternally youthful face and rumors swirl that Theona's switch from midriff flaunting clothes to low cut dresses is due to her famously flat stomach being a thing of the past. Of course, Theona is a canny politician, each knowing that it would be well within her behavior to appear weak to separate fair weather friends from her real supporters.

The Empress' latest strategy appears to be inviting large numbers of potentially rebellious nobles to days long feasts with hundreds of courses, meals that leave the participants languid, bloated and dazed. An all nation tournament is soon to begin and Theona's champions are poised to win over enemies that have barely begun training. Whether the Empress can attend or not depends on finding adventurers able to locate the legendary crown of chubby chasing, Theona's increasing girth having harmed her self confidence so her body has hit the unconscionable age of 35 and the unthinkable weight of 200lbs. Between a growing belly and the start of wrinkles, the Empress can no longer cast most of her spells, depending on using her most loyal daughters as body doubles which only delays disaster, especially as said daughter's clothes get snug. Setting the whole kingdom's preferences on their head might seem absurd, but Theona rather too much enjoys the attention of her harem, which has of late developed extreme feeder tendencies to soothe the stressed out Empress. Her oldest, and curviest, daughter Simone is hiring her own set of adventurers to investigate why this is, suspecting her younger sister Ravenna who encourages her mother to relax and enjoy the vacation. Ravenna for her part is after hunky adventurers who can sweep her suspicious sister off her feet and put a baby in her increasingly wide hips, letting Ravenna run things as she should. After all, its not like she'll get fat.

To the East is the Dominion of the Beautiful. A proud if declining Elven Empire eternally focused on paranoid fears from without. A brief three years of human trade a century ago led to the introduction of butter, olive oil, sugar, cheese, cream and chocolate to the vegetarian race, setting off social chaos as the fairest of society paradoxically found themselves with the greatest access to the fattening human junk and thus falling from prominence. Decades of civil war have ended with the cruel Queen Saree on the throne, a rail thin woman who's once haughty family was thrown into the gutter after Saree and her sisters hit an obesity too great for illusion to hide. Saree has sworn bloody revenge on all humans and her agents scour the world, setting up chaos and plots to take advantage of during the coming war. Her inquisitors hunt for signs of budding bellies and double chins among the populace, burning out corruption with banishment to the feared "Fat Camps". Saree has seized control of the Eternity Springs, pools who's enchanted waters stop those who bathe in them from aging, carefully handing it out only to her closest comrades. Whispers abound that Saree needs daily doses, lest she hit 350 (the human equivalent of 21), the same age at which she grew uncontrollably obese. What is known for sure is that the Queen's opponents are caged before crowds in the massive capitol arena and force fed a mix of melted butter, oil and sugar until they are too large to walk, Saree and the cheering crowds watching with adoration and sexual glee. Many elves fled the insanity of Saree's rule, forming "growing' communities in the League of Republics or 101 Kingdoms, however a few rebels remain led by the High Priestess of the Goddess of Beauty, Isabeau, a woman force fed into immobility by Saree's torturers yet still able to call upon her divine patron, something that should not be...

Hey, I'd love for people to come up with their own classes! It saves me having to do it.

An  pc:

Name: Aurora

Race: Giant (Frost)

Class: Sorceress, Spell types: charming, Destruction, healing, weight.

Age: 99

Height: 12 feet, 2 inches

Weight: 608 lbs

Hit points:15

ATHLETICS: 20+5+15:40

CONSTITUTION: 30+10-10:30.

INTELLIGENCE: 40-10: 30

WILLPOWER: 60-15-20: 25

CHARISMA:  50+20+5: 75,

FAT-FETISH   67 /.  NORMIE: 75

FAT POINTS: 20, Normal. 28 lbs per Fat Point

FAT FEATS: stress eater, small frame.

Description: Aurora is a young frost giant sorceress. She left her clan to learn human magic to help stem the tide of weight hitting her people, settling on sorceress due to her weak willpower and intelligence. For a frost giant she is short and skinny, for now, with a very slender, graceful build complimented by her light blue skin, black hair and hazel eyes.  She has joined the court of the Red Empress, her exotic beauty and magical prowess earning her a spot as a junior sorceress in training under Princess Simone and many suitors eager to test a woman who can crush a great helm between her thighs whilst having a dainty figure.

Unfortunately Aurora is quite naive and unaware she had earned just as many enemies jealous of her good looks and seeming ability to eat without consequence. In truth Aurora has less resistance to gain than a normal frost giantess, she just needs to eat so much more than a human for the pounds to stick and gain so much more for it to show.

The Empress daughter Simone is trying to look out for her trainee but knows several of her sister Ravennas followers are among the young giants suitors. Simone might use her as a honey **, send her to accompany adventurers to look for the lost crown to restore her ailing mother or send the sorceress into her mother's seraglio to find the source of the feederism taint afflicting it. As she fills in for her mother at banquets, Simone is also tempted to use Aurora as a dumpster for the excess piling about her own waist.

Aurora is a sweet, personable and somewhat naive young giant. Tiny and weak by giant standards, she enjoys being in a place where most people don't come past her belly button and where there's so much food. She still worships traditional frost giant pantheon but wears the fashionable dresses, high heels and jewelry of a human sorceresd. She has a large number of friends and an even larger amount of "friends". Aurora is participating in several difficult sorcery classes, attending her mistress Simone and acting as an agent to her, being courted by 18 knights and training to compete in the upcoming grand tournaments associated beauty pageant. The heavy work schedule is getting at the naturally sweet girl, leading her to make mistakes on the difficult classes or with the intricate ceremonial strip teases needed for the pageant. She tends to find solace in food, particularly the frequent feasts but has begun munching during the day after confusing one suitor for another in bed. When the weight comes, and it will soon, it will hit her delicate features hard.

Hmm, how about a diplomat. Oh, and a couple of comments.

1. It is amusingly easy to produce a willpower of zero, or a negative willpower. I've avoided that. There's a minus ten or minus fifteen willpower sorceress build - which would make "disadvantage on will checks" no different to "advantage." Is there supposed to be minimum stat (say 10)?

2. Assuming the attribute rule for d100s is "round down to 80" rather than "reroll if above 80", one may expect to do a bit better than the fixed stats by rolling (higher on average, and you're quite likely to get an 80), but I've used the fixed stats here.

3. The Rogue seems a bit weak (lower stats than Knight or Cleric) - but maybe they get advantage on stealth / security things, or can do things others can't.

4. Please tell me that hit-points don't dynamically recalculate when FAT changes. This could become *the* book-keeping horror of the game. "Here: eat this delicious pie to help you recover from the injury that has reduced you to one HP!" "Noooo! Her FAT SCORE is perilously close to a half-integer threshold!" "Make a willpower check..." "Okay, my WILLPOWER is negative ten, and I have disadvantage against pies, so that's a fail." "You pass out after eating the pie." ...

Oh, damn - I'd forgotten I always had to give my characters points in MATH, so I could point this sort of stuff out. Oh - I once had a cleric of the God of Formal Dinners and Knowledge, who had both Knowledge: Mathematics and Profession: Gourmet Chef, which were both more useful that you might think.

Name: Countess Contoura “Connie” Decollage

Race: Human (+10 Cha, +10 Con, -10 Int, -10 Ath)

Class: Knight

Age: 27

Height: 5’10’’

Starting Weight: 139 lbs

Current Weight: 139 lbs

Hit Points: 35

ATHLETICS: 40 +20 -10 = 50

CONSTITUTION: 50 + 10  + 10 = 70

INTELLIGENCE: 30 – 10 = 20

WILLPOWER: 20 = 20

CHARISMA:  60 +10 +10 = 80

FAT-FETISH   72 /.  NORMIE: 80

FAT POINTS: 20, Normal. 7 lbs per Fat Point

FAT FEATS: Crumbs in bed; Fast Metabolism

Description: The tutors employed by the aristocratic Decollage family did not expect the family’s youngest and most academically lacklustre daughter to win a coveted position as the royal envoy of their principality. But, then again, Countess Contoura’s tutors reckoned without her ability to exploit her considerable beauty and statuesque physique to the maximum. Furthermore, they’d reckoned without their new prince’s feeding fetish…

After a fortnight of banqueting, at which the charms and diplomatic skills of a dozen prospective new envoys were assessed, most of Contoura’s rivals had gorged themselves too sick to attend the final day of selection at the prince’s court. And all her remaining rivals had put on so much weight that they were ruled out of the competition – for the Principality’s laws specified that only noble ladies who maintained a rigorously trim figure, and could squeeze themselves into a dress with a regulation 26’’ waistline, were allowed to serve the court in an official diplomatic capacity! It was only much later that Contoura learned of how the prince had laced the drinks at the assessment banquets with weight-gain potions, in search of a young woman who could gorge herself gluttonously and yet still just barely squeeze herself into the ultra-tight corsets and dresses that tradition mandated be worn in the prince’s court. Contoura was that woman, and – armed with the confidence of her fast metabolism – she embarked on a successful diplomatic career. It was, of course, a complete coincidence that she was sent to tour exclusively the courts and cities where fat was fashionable, and enormous meals de rigeur! For Contoura, always a big eater, these diplomatic missions were a delight, and the way her ample charms made seducing foreign knights at fat-friendly courts easier, after a month or two of filling herself up on the lavish local hospitality, was a bonus! Although, after a few years, she did start to need a week or two of crash dieting and exercise before she could cram herself back into the tight dresses required when she returned to her home court!

Contoura’s most recent mission – a success, of course – has had quite the effect on her. She was dispatched to seduce the frost giant son of a tribe with which trade relations had become delicate. Bedding a frost giant was, without doubt, the sexual conquest of Connie’s entire career so far! But, oh, the feeding marathons involved in the seduction! And the practice sessions beforehand! It all added up to a lot of extra weight, and, even with Contoura’s notoriously fast metabolism, it had taken months to get her waistline back to normal… And, on top of that, her stomach seems to have grown permanently stretched, so that she just can’t get full from eating normal portions any more… Well, luckily, Connie has no doubt that her fabulous and universally-admired physique will be able to handle the consequences of a few extra pre-bedtime meals.

1. Oh yes, it can be very easy to make a weak character in one fashion or another using the advised bonds. That of course is up to the player too, in some ways these characters are being made to fail.

2. I'd say that the "not higher than 80" rule is good for being able to fail if necessary at the start. If you have a 100 Constitution then you are never going to gain weight after all. Part of the idea of a WG themed RPG is that the weight will have a measurable impact on their appearance and skills.

3. that's a good point on Rogues, there should be a stealth system where only they can roll a combination of Willpower and Athletics to sneak by someone.

4. That's a good point. Hit points shouldn't be affected by weight gain but should still be derived from constitution at the start.

And I love the concept of this character, going to places and fattening up into ponderousness and then dropping it all out without real effort, blithely assuming this can happen forever.

I need to make a leveling system too, something like...

Leveling:

When a DM decides a character has endured enough adventures and seen enough success, or failure, they can advance a level. This will be represented in story by a significant amount of free time and an increase in character resources, that the character can spend on self improvement/ self destruction:

Per level, a Character gains: 1/2 their total hit points, 30 skill points to distribute as the player wishes and the ability to add/subtract up to 3 Fat Points (which is optional), an ability to add a new bond/Improve a bond to a new level.

"After proving herself in seducing one of Princess Ravenna's supporters and turning him into a spy for Simone, Aurora was sent into the Royal Harem to discover the source of the feederism taint. She found it alright, a gluttony demon that soon had the delicate frost giant pigging out around the clock after several failed will power rolls. Aurora spends 120 days in the Harem, gaining 1 pound a day, she has gained 128 lbs, or the equivalent of 4 FAT POINTS. Now weighing 735lbs, she is on the very edge of being oveweight and has chosen her next FAT FEAT, BIG MILKERS and somehow passed the WILLPOWER check to avoid gaining another FAT FEAT. After four months of barely moving and growing plumper, she has lost 8 points from her CONSTITUTION and ATHLETICS, bringing them to 22 and 32. However, her delicate build has become extremely curvaceous (with very large breasts and full hips distracting from a softening face, nearly full thigh gap, the start of a belly and being on the verge of a double chin) putting her at a CHARISMA of 80 NORMIE/80 FAT FETISH.

Confidence buoyed by her immense rack, Aurora passes a CHARISMA check, breaking free of the gluttony demon and binding it in a necklace. For helping the Empress, Aurora is given a minor landed title that comes with a small manor, as well as the name of Princess Simone's personal trainer. Her hitpoints rise from 15 to 23. Knowing that her will power failure let the demon harm the Empress for longer, she decides to study more puts 15 of the points into WILLPOWER, raising it to 40; because she's now easily winded, she uses the Princess personal trainer to get back in shape and raise her ATHLETICS up to 42. Being quite confident in her looks, Aurora doesn't put any points in CHARISMA but finally, she reads several books to rise her intelligence to 35 to hopefully not again be so easily fooled by a demon into thinking she had to overeat lest it take over her soul.

Despite the exercise, Aurora does not lose any weight. She increases her bond with her preferred suitor from minor to major, causing her to fail all of her will power rolls and overeat during this time, keeping her FAT POINTS at 24.

Bonds:

Bonds are attachments to friends, family, professionals, romantic interests, objects, activities, or ideologies that influence a character's abilities. Usually this is for abilities to gain or lose weight, but not always, sometimes they are for actual combat or other role play elements. The type of roll and other conditions or effects are created when the bond begins. A player character can have as many bonds as the player wants and the GM allows, but three is a good amount. Only one bond can be used for an action and the amount of times a bond can be used depends on the bond's level. Some bonds or their influences can be lost or gained depending on rolls and player choice. Some bonds are situational and cannot always be used, for instance a bond with a powerful greatsword can not be used if the PC cannot bring their greatsword with them into a party.

Types of Bonds:

Minor: influence a type of roll by bonus/penalty 10. Can be used once a week.

Moderate: influence a roll by bonus/penalty of 20. Can be used three times a week.

Major: roll with advantage/disadvantage on a roll. Can be used once per day.

Epic: automatically succeed/fail on a roll. Can be used once per day. PCs should only have one epic bond.

Example Bonds:

Aurora begins play with 3 minor bonds:

Grandma's Mithril Ring, minor: a ring of rare mithril and saphire ring passed from one woman to another in Aurora's family. It has no magical powers of note but fits somewhat tightly even at her thinnest, making it a canary in the coal mine for Aurora's inevitable weight gain. After she has reached OVERWEIGHT, when she needs to roll WILLPOWER to avoid OVEREATING she can roll with a 10 bonus.

That morning in the Harem, as always, Aurora awoke to the smell of food. She pulled grandmother's ring, the size of a human arm band, and began sliding it onto her ring finger. She knew it was getting snug as she put on weight, as the bottomless pit in her stomach failed to be filled and her gauzy outfits began to rip, but the ring still fit. There was no need to diet just yet, although these harem pants had certainly shrunk in the wash...

Lady Tiffany Howerdal, minor: Tiffany is a sorceress at the Red Empress' court, one of such noted intelligence that she could have been a wizard instead. Never that skinny, time at court has plumped her up considerably, she uses weight transfer spells to keep from getting too obese but is currently not yet fat enough to use one, but she has proven herself a trusted lieutenant to Princess Simone, who has asked her to be Aurora's immediate mentor and tutor in things magical and aristocratic. However, the chunky Tiffany is somewhat annoyed the extreme daintiness of the 12 foot girl and ensures there are platters of snacks available for the giant sorceress. Once a week, Aurora can ask Tiffany for help in one of her classes or with a royal duty, gaining a 10 bonus. However, Tiffany will count as OVEREATING that day, an effect that stacks.

"Lady Tiffany, can, can I come in? If you're not too busy?" Aurora squeaked at the green double door to Tiffany's chambers.

When there was no answer, she raised a hand larger than a bread loaf and gingerly rapped her knuckles thrice. A door hinge of solid bronze ripped from the door, the splintered door falling in with a thud. Lady Tiffany lay on a fainting couch in just neglige, Aurora blushing to see her mentor in such undress and with her corset off, a substantial gut on display.

"Oh, deepest apologies, I'll just leave...," the shy giantess said, only for Tiffany to swallow her pastry and hold up a hand.

"You've already broken the door, please come in and ask your question," the noble woman sighed.

"oh well, I was wondering if you could help me with this ceremonial message I had to deliver later, just some advice," Aurora said, bending near in half to shuffle under the door and then bending over to pull the door up.

Tiffany glared at the firm butt pressed against Aurora's dress, each cheek twice the size and firmness of her own, and the thick shapeliness of the light blue leg that was much taller than her, leading down to 9 inch heels. While her student was a naive dunderhead and failed to grasp the theory of magic, her confidence in her stunning beauty gave her immense skill with any spell that could stick in her head. This girl ate enough to kill one of the horses she was too big to ride, but squires still walked into walls when she ducked under the lintels and whistled when she sat down with half a boar in front of her. She'd kiss anyone that so much as made eye contact and do a great deal more with those who'd offer any praise, without risk of the pregnancies that had put fat on Tiffany's tummy. Tiffany remembered being able to do that, before two pregnancies and worries over her tummy flab and second chin had made every spell a coin flip at best, even with youth charms and weight transfer spells. Worse, the giant was a giant, she'd been youthful for centuries still...

"Let us talk about it over a late lunch then, Lady Aurora," Tiffany decided, remembering the giant's ability to pack away food, which did make her feel better. No girl who ate like that could stay skinny for long, keep packing food in her for long enough.

"Oh, I already ate a great deal Lady Tiffany," Aurora said, hand on a flat stomach that wasn't quite as flat as before her time in the Harem, "I'm quite stuffed."

That made the fatter noble woman look her apprentice over more closely. Aurora's small bosom was now about to pop from her bodice and the start of a muffin top was around her belt, and the elfin features of her face were a little softer. She looked gorgeous, but a flower is most lovely just before it rots after all. A few more weeks of big meals and her belly and chin would draw more eyes than her breasts...and was her hip high dress slit showing a bit of cellulite?

"Free advice, Lady Aurora, always eat when the host asks you, even if you are full," Tiffany insisted, wondering if this annoying project Simone had put on her would be less annoying with a beer belly.

Lord Typhos Howerdal, minor: Aurora's exotic good looks, great height, sweetness and guaranteed inability to sire a bastard, have gathered dozens of suitors and boyfriends. Her favorite is Lord Typhos Howerdal, Lady Tiffany's much younger brother and a very tall, handsome and muscular knight and champion jouster. Typhos is popular at court as a crusade veteran and one of Princess Simone's champions, Aurora can ask him for a favor, letting her add a 10 point bonus to any royal action. Lord Typhos is also a FAT FETISHIST, who will insist on a date at a popular tavern every time she asks for help. Aurora might be currently NORMAL, but her sweet demeanor coupled with a large appetite and immense scale makes her literally stand out in a court of catty, gaunt women. Every time she uses her bond with Lord Typhos, Aurora will OVEREAT at a date that week.

What was twenty minutes intimidating one of Princess Ravenna's black clad poppinjays if it got you hours with this?

"DRINK! DRINK! DRINK! DRINK!" roared the crowd at the Hungry Hyena, the best tavern in the city as the immensely tall blue woman considered the 8th full gallon beer stein and 3rd full pheasant placed in front of her.

Typhos looked across the table, tilting his head up to stare at that immense bosom, each breast large as his shield and then up over her long neck to the tiny bulge of her new chin. The weight she'd put on over the long months as one of the Empress pleasure attendants was immense, as much as a normal lady of court, but it hadn't yet made her plump, just very curvy. Yet...

"I don't know Tip," she said with an adorable crinkle of her brows, "I think...that asking me to dine after helping me convince that noble, that with all this beer..."

"Yes Aura?" he said, delighting in the little pet names as much as the way she licked her lips at the spicy bird.

"That you might be trying to use how cute you are to get close to me," Aurora smiled, "and get me ** and get inside my skirt..."

"Aura, why I'd never try to get you **...," he grinned at her, "I'm only a Viscount's younger son and a Regimental Major, I don't have that much money..."

"Oh good," the frost giant smiled, tipping back her head and chugging the massive jug of alcohol before letting loose a massive belch, "because you don't need to get me ** and take me out to get inside my skirts. Just come back to my new manor and give me a massage..."

On reaching her second level, Aurora increases her bond with Sir Typhos from Minor to Major. She can now call on him three times a week for a 20 point bonus on rolls relating to her royal duties or social events near the palace, each time she calls on him, Aurora will OVEREAT.

Alright, the dog was squealing, I gotta wake up at 4:20 tomorrow, but I finished my character sheet! I was also gonna draw her too, but that'll have to wait. Might as well draw the other characters too 🤔 Also I love how everyone's characters are extensions of their own writing styles haha

Name: Kayla

Race: Dark Elf

Class: Wizard, Spell types (at start): nature, illusion.

Age: 30

Height: 5 feet, 5 inches

Starting Weight: 110 lbs

Current Weight: 110 lbs

Hit points: 8 (I think)

ATHLETICS: 40-10=30

CONSTITUTION: 50-15-20=15

INTELLIGENCE: 45+10+20=75

WILLPOWER: 65+10+5=80

CHARISMA:  30+10=40

FAT-FETISH    1/.  NORMIE: 20

FAT POINTS: 20, Normal. 6 lbs per Fat Point

FAT FEATS: Size Unaware, Badonkadonk.

Description: Hailing from an isolated forest village in the Dominion of the Beautiful, Kayla was always a prodigy amongst her backwoods kin. A near-perfect memory and a lust for books aroused her hunger for ever-more knowledge and magical power. Naturally, she bored of village life quickly, and ventured west towards the large human cities and their famed universities – but not before swiping her family heirloom (minor) from the fireplace mantle, a plain, yet foreign dagger for her own protection.

Kayla’s lust for knowledge eclipses her lust for flesh and food. Being surrounded by village dotards all her life, she craves something more, be that riches, fame, power, or perhaps all of it – but certainly not men or something stupid like that. She is as proud of her slender, superior figure as she is of her genius, and would prefer to feed her eyes rather than her mouth. Indeed, she finds herself forgetting a meal or two throughout the day.

Her travels have taken her to the humid League of Republics, where she has found sprawling, human cities filled with as many new sights and splendours for her to ponder as they were filled with reeking refuse. Nearly penniless, she holds her head aloft, confident in her abilities. Soon it would all be hers. Her juvenile, elvish mind could picture it now: a mass of mortal men, bowing before her perfectness as she reclined comfortably upon a throne overlooking the entire cityscape. With the help of magic, anything was possible.

I had SO MUCH FUN with this. I rolled some pretty crazy attributes and now have one weird wizard.

Name: l'Vi O'Se

Race: Angel Blooded

Class: Wizard

Age: 31

Height: 5'5''

Weight:120

Hit points: 33

ATHLETICS: 80-15+5: 70

CONSTITUTION: 80-20+5:65

INTELLIGENCE: 80+20+5:105

WILLPOWER: 21+5+5:31

CHARISMA:  80+5: 85,

FAT-FETISH:   78/.  NORMIE: 85

FAT POINTS: 20, Normal. 6 lbs per Fat Point

FAT FEATS: Hedonistic Hottie, All in the Gut.

l'Vi O'Se (luh-VEE uh-SHAY) is a young Angleblood hailing from the small island of Aron in the League of Republics. She has very pale skin, silver white hair and ice-y blue eyes.

Although Aron is largely populated by Anglebloods it has long been essentially a Malin colony.

Historically Aroni Anglebloods and Devilbloods worked together to resist Malin influence, however in the recent decades Malin has encouraged Aroni Devilbloods to view themselves as Malinian, elevating them to positions of power in Aroni society and creating a deep rift in the Aroni people. Many Aroni Devilbloods terrorize their Angelblood counterparts forcing them grow Cocoa and work dairy farms for their Malinian overlords.

l'Vi and her  father was forced to flee Aron when she was a baby due to her parents involvement with the movement to create an independent Republic of Aron. Her mother was executed for the crime of teaching the Aroni language to children. They fled, not to Venija where the Aroni are viewed as a bit of an embarrassment, but to the 101 Kingdoms where there is a network of Aroni refugees working to build support for their independence.

l'Vi showed preternatural intelligence from a young age and was quickly recognized by agents of the Empress a special talent. She was afforded access to the best schools in the 101 Kingdoms (unheard of for an Aroni), and has recently finished a stint studying magic at one of the finest Institutions in the Venijan capitol, a trip also financed by the Empress. She has just arrived at the court of the Red Empress to begin the lifelong service upon which her education was predicated. Although she is extremely young she already has a growing reputation as one of the finest magical scholars in the known world. However her practical talents remain altogether untested.

l'Vi is a very strange young woman. Unusually fit for a wizard but lacking in the willpower one would expect in such an accomplished young scholar. Learning comes so easily to her that she can afford to be flighty. She has a ravenous appetite for all pleasures of the flesh and delights in her large breasts and round bottom. Although she comes from a poor background she has spent her life rubbing shoulders with the lower bits of the upper levels of society. She came to admire, and even lust after the round-bellied beauties she found herself rooming with at her numerous prestige boarding academies. Her more traditionally appealing figure meant she never lacked for a hunky beau either and she never minded that one bit. And yet... she still found she got more, ahem, satisfaction, out of late night binges with her roomies-with-benifts, than she did wrestling with her buff boyfriends (not she didn't like that too...).

l'Vi once harbored dreams of triumphantly returning to Aron and helping to set her people free. As she has gained wisdom she knows that it will take far more than one person to set right the wrongs visited upon her people (and there may be far more to the political situation in Aron than young l'Vi is aware of). She does hope that she might one day gain enough influence to bring the full influence of the 101 Kingdoms to bear on Malin, but she knows that she has a long way to go in that regard. For now she is taking things as they come and looking forward to the adventures that await her in the court of the Red Empress.

I'd enjoy writing some (simple) bits for Contoura, and conclude with what action / rolls she plans to take, if you'd like to set out a scene / situation. I'll look forward to seeing what you have in mind "You meet at a banquet..."

Oh, yes, Bonds for Connie:

Frequent Feaster. As a diplomat, Countess Contoura Decollage has had ample practice at packing away hearty banquets, sometimes even when she has just arrived hot-foot from a double-booked dinner, and other times involving some rather gross "local delicacies" that a less accomplished diplomat might balk at swallowing. She can invoke a +10 bonus to avoid getting sick from overconsumption or from food of questionable wholesomeness. Using this bond successfully will, generally, mean that she OVEREATS.

Fad Dieter. After her extensive travels at fat-friendly courts, Contoura has occasionally found that the unforgiving dresses and corsets of her home city are impossibly tight, and has had to drop a few inches to prevent her catty rivals subjecting her to a humiliating weight-audit - an embarrassing ordeal in which the allegedly overweight noblewoman is forced to sit on a massive set of weighing scales in the throne room, where her bulk is compared with various women with acceptable figures... While overweight, Contoura can invoke this bond to gain a +10 bonus on dieting checks (WILL and ATH - I'd rule). However, the faddish all-fruit diets and their ilk, that she learned in foreign courts, are hard to maintain, and for a fortnight after concluding such a diet (which can be more than 2 weeks long, if necessary) she is at DISADVANTAGE to avoid OVEREATING.

Prince's Favourite. The prince of her home city is a feeder who enjoys watching Contoura gorge herself at banquets... By agreeing to join him for an extra meal in private, at which Contoura will most assuredly OVEREAT, Contoura gains +10 on an action with which the prince could assist.

I have a set of rules for organizations to put up, then I guess yes, we can. Do people want to write for their own character or have me put up a multi option scenario as DM?

Ideas for running the “dungeon:”

DM has control of the setting, npc’s, and situations. DM can prompt players to react to a situation or leave options open. Players remain in the “party” by default. Players have full control of writing their character’s actions/reactions, shy of writing anything other characters do. Exception: DM describes acts of gluttony and descriptions of gaining, while characters can react to DM’s descriptions (example: DM: “your character succumbs to the sweet aromas of freshly-baked muffins, and gains two pounds.” Player: “So good... I mustn’t but... ooh, what’s wrong with my belt?”). When players roll, they write their results on the top of their comment (ex: DM: roll for willpower with disadvantage.” Player: “3-1=2 Fail “Well, I suppose we can stop for a snack. No, I am NOT calling it second breakfast!”). DM’s rolls can be secret.

Organizations: a PC can be a member of any sized group, ranging in size from a very small gang of pickpockets to a loose court faction to a large military regiment. The amount of work and achievements the PC commits for their organization causes their ranks and access to the organization resources.

Ranks:

New Guy: a bed in a dormitory, or on someone's couch, enough leftovers not to starve and just enough money to get a drink. Everyone is your boss and the worst work is yours.

Knows the ropes: the PC probably gets their own small room and actual pay everyday. They can be trusted with individual tasks.

Team leader: the PC can oversee a small group and draw on resources appropriate to the tasks assigned. They will probably have a private residence but must frequently report to a supervisor and receive tasks from them.

Regional manager: the PC has significant resources, numerous underlings and takes independent actions. A naval officer with their own ship, a mafia member in charge of a casino or a royal inquisitor with free reign to pursue investigations.

Second in command: a major leader of the organization and closely trusted by the leader. Will often be used as a hatchet man but has immense pull and resources.

The big boss: the leader, the chief, the big cheese, the girl in charge. She runs things as she sees fit, with total power and responsibilities...

Quick bit of knowledge: mathematics... The FAT thresholds here might be a bit low (however, based on some calculations, this may be exactly as intended, and might work very well!).

Because of the way ATHLETICISM decreases with increasing FAT, a character with initial ATHLETICS 30 would be IMMOBILISED by a FAT SCORE of 27. This is because, as FAT increases (20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, ... ), ATHLETICS decreases - under the base rules, as (30,28,26,24,22,19,16,13*, ...) with 13 being the first ATHLETICS value under half of the corresponding FAT SCORE of 27.

Among the PCs, Kayla (ATH 30, at FAT 20) would be affected, except that she has a BADONKADONK, which modifies the athletics progression to (30, 30, 30, 30, 30, 26, 22, 18, 14*), and so she'd be IMMOBILISED by a FAT SCORE of 28. Contoura's (and Aurora's) ATHLETICS "progression" would be (50, 48, 46, 44, 42, 39, 36, 33, 30, 27, 24, 20*), and she'd be IMMOBILISED by a FAT SCORE of 31.

Now, this might be as intended. Essentially, Contoura (if she indulges herself *quite a bit*) would be obliged to take BIG BONED or NATURAL ATHLETE by FAT 30 to remain mobile. And that could be about right for a knight, if by IMMOBILE one means "ineffective in combat" - because they really would have to be BIG BONED or similar, to still be any good. For the literal reading of "cannot walk under their own power," bear in mind that the ATHLETICS decrease is the dominant factor, and a FAT of 27-31 might be lower than intended for this, and a better rule for this case might be: IMMOBILE when FAT SCORE > (the higher of 35 or ATHLETICS at "ideal" weight).

Now, this depth of analysis might be over the top for a game...

Some Kalya bonds:

Family Heirloom: A simple, yet finely-crafted dagger that was stolen from her family’s mantle, it has served multiple purposes for the fledgling wizard so far, but mostly as a makeshift eating utensil. Kayla has a chance of finding edible roots and fruits whenever she is traveling with the dagger (intelligence roll, I’d guess), but only outside of city limits.

Scroll Bag: Kayla feels naked without her scroll bag resting on her hip, and she habitually reads whatever’s inside it when doing nothing else. Her near-perfect memory gives her a small chance of memorizing a spell contained therein (Intelligence divides by ten), but only for the first time reading said scroll. She begins the game with two scrolls in the bag, both of unknown contents.

Spare Crowns: Kayla’s devotion to reading makes her disorganized and ditzy. As such, she has no idea just how many coins are in her pockets, and will have to roll a d20 three times to find them all. Her total coinage will equal half of the highest roll.

My plan and preference is to write a short, mood setting scene based on whats been given to me, that ends with a range of options. The players pick an option, roll the associated results and I'll give some more options for them. Well go in post order from character creation.

The tinny rattle of a gnomish alarm clock awoke Countess Connie from a wonderful dream!

The statuesque diplomat had been in her naughtiest neglige and laid up in an immense feather bed. A most handsome, muscular and well hung noble man had been hand feeding her the yummiest black currant pastries, just like the big box she'd bought yesterday and would have to make last all week! But in the dream, Connie hadn't had to treat them as get daily reward for otherwise sticking to her diet, she'd been fed tart after tart, edging closer to orgasm to the point she'd woken up with her hands down the front of her lingerie. So vivid was the dream, Connie swore she could taste the pastry still!

*Connie has OVEREATEN in her sleep. She must roll CONSTITUTION to avoid gaining weight*

"What a delightful dream! Perhaps on the next mission," Connie mused to herself, "for now I need to get ready..."

Ringing a bell to summon the servants her excellent salary as the principalities diplomat provided, the countess began her day. As she was bathed, massaged, brushed, perfumed and dressed, Connie couldn't help but look at her prime asset, herself!

Taller than the average noble woman and quite leggy, she was an absolute knockout from pedicured toe to elegantly coiffed hair. Even after her most recent fat camp had knocked the diplomatic bulk off of her, Connie remained quite curvy, but in a lean way. If she'd really put in the effort she could have been an excellent athlete or soldier, but her favorite exercise was on her back, coincidentally the best place to serve her country. She might be a spurred knight and used to a bit of derring do, but she preffered a whispered word, a flash of bosom and a fifth helping of pie to a cavalry charge. Still, she was just back from weeks of exercise at day camp, muscles showed in her arms and strong legs, if not across her belly. Strangely she had a small bulge there, a bloat that was if she really had gorged on black currant tarts!

"I wish, the beastly diets I have to endure prevent that. I don't want to be on a weighing chair at a fat audit do I?" The delicious diplomat laughed, "besides, I have so much to do today!"

Connie bid her servants prepare a suitable breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, berries,  and hash browns. She did have a figure to maintain and that strict fat camp diet had burned her womanly curves down to the minimum. She barely needed a corset anymore and was down to a C cup!) And lay out her clothes for the coming activety of....

A new mission!: Now that her official uniform (slit skirt, corset and hour glass top) can fit again, the Prince has recalled Connie to court to discuss her next mission! And he always sets out such a lovely spread! (Roll WILLPOWER to avoid overeating and if failed CONSTITUTION to avoid gaining) Rumors abound about problems in need of Connie's soft touch: the Princes spoiled, if gorgeous son, has been pressing for an expedition to the south lands, while the Princes vapid daughter is very late returning from college in the league of republics! Or something else, who knew!

An honor duel!: Connie's great grandmother has died putting her possessions, an old, decrepit castle, the family's prize winning vineyard and taxes from the Abbey of the Sisters of Earthly Delight up for grabs! Connie will have to fight a non-lethal honor duel against her cousin Cara, an actual soldier and a whip thin demoness with a blade! Luckily the fresh from fat camp Connie is in her tip top shape, right? And even if she loses, well an old castle is still a castle. Even if it is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of great aunt who died of shame after ripping a corset during a royal ceremony...(ROLL ATHLETICS)

Sisterly duty!: Connie's little sister Carrie is pregnant... And not so little! A life long skinny mini dieting fitness fream, Carrie was pregnant with triplets not five minutes after saying I do to that rich Viscount Connie set her up with. Spoiled by her husband and spared the strict weight restraints of the principality, the girl who always teased Connie for her big appetite has blown up into a P-I-G PIG! Carrie is using her husband's money to prepare for an epic shower in two weeks by testing every caterer in the city to their limit. Connie knows if left unsupervised the new family fatty might legitimately burst and must come along and keep her from eating everything. After all Connie is used to big meals and probably won't gain an ounce...(Roll TWO WILLPOWER AND TWO CONSTITUTION CHECKS)

The start of romance!: Connie's lived a life of adventure and romance which has made it hard to get a steady boyfriend. And she's getting older, even if girls ten years younger would be envious of her post fat camp figure!, with her parents suggesting her place in the inheritance might be improved if she makes an heir or seven. While most of the noble men around her are too old or corpulent for her taste, one of the Principalities knightly orders is putting on a tournament, feast and ball. Snagging a jacked crusader with a big package and a bigger estate would free Connie of needing to ever work again (unless she wanted to) and let her avoid the strict weight limit due to a loop holes for new and expectant mothers waiving their waist size. (Roll WILLPOWER to avoid OVEREATING and if failed, CONSTITUTION to avoid gaining. Roll ATHLETICS for dancing. And CHARISMA for charming)
