Hey loves, I feel TERRIBLE having to do this but I once again need to delay my return to the community 💔   To be fully transparent, since I started eating like a feedee again this past month, many of my post covid health issues that I thought I recovered from have returned   When I eat like I want to I'm getting awful digestion problems, extreme fatigue, abnormal spikes in my numbers and more...   My doctor still believes that it should all resolve in time but It’s clear

Great post - I didn't see the link to this in FF until now - so maybe missed on the free video, you may have done this already but multiple chugs of weight gain shakes, like 5-6 of heavy duty high calorie shakes.

I used to hop onto the counter all the time to reach higher shelves, but now I can’t even push my body up at all now 🥵
