CurvyCapybara
Is it normal to get thigh pain after 4 days of overeating? They've increased in size and hurt John Smith
Garlic
Not sure what would cause that. I mean, if you’ve eaten enough to cause weight gain, and it all went to your thighs, then sure, that might be painful. How much did you eat? Most anytime, it would go away on their own, but if the causation is due to a rapid weight-gaining swelling as you suspect youself, your thighs would deflate over a period of a few days but remains nonetheless noticeably fuller due to the added fat cells. https://www.healthline.com/health/swelling https://www.healthline.com/health/weight-gain-unintentional

CurvyCapybara
No first time, and I've decided to stop gaining. It was a terrible idea to overeat so many days in a row. It's caused me nothing but pain and all for a fetish. I'm very concerned about this swelling in my legs, I find it difficult to walk because of the pain from it

Have experienced severe painful inflammation sensations over your lower half body and trunk followed by a shortness of breath while running? May had noted an abnormal growth spurt followed by a further development of your feminine attributes these past few times? Have severe body swelling issues during your menses? Kidney diseases?? Or noted the development of cellulite nodules onto your thighs and hips over the past few days?? Or does you have a pronounced pear-silhouetted figure but a relativelly much thinner upper body frame?? https://www.medicinenet.com/leg_swelling/symptoms.htm

allgrownup
when you increase your food intake like that you still want to be aware of the distribution of your macronutrients. Usually when people overeat like this it's aimed squarely at fat and carbs only. What are you trying to accomplish? John Smith
