Guessing it was an expensive few months to go from a size 6 to 16 haha and while I know it's a terrible measure, it's crazy to think (having had a quick look) that the NHS puts you as having moved from a midrange healthy BMI to now bordering by a lb or 2 on an obese one in such a short time! 😬 Hope your enjoying the new look as much as all of us! Seeing as you're a pretty active person I can only imagine the amount of food you've been putting away haha, wish I had that kind of appetite! Any gym related stuff that's been less fun with the added weight? I've been developing a full body, 5 days a week approach for the last 4/5 weeks now, with an 8 hour eating window. How can you look at physiques like Amber Nova (Amber Curves), BigCutie Chloe, Erin Hutch, Miss Mad Love or Mal Malloy and not say that they took part in meticulously building their bodies? I'm sure they even maximized the prevalence of certain hormones too, just not testosterone all the time. Carino Shero was put on estrogen and I'm sure that had quite a bi to do with her gain...
