Only when visible I guess. Lot of shallow criticisms age poorly. I shall call this glorifying obese city now, or maybe Obecity I don't even know how this gimmick can even work, let alone women have less alcohol tolerance than men. It already exists, there is a burger joint in Las Vegas called the heartattack grill where you can eat free if you weigh 350 or better.
