Heck I've done it (no time, family wants food already prepared) and kept good habits, even losing weight on days I don't want to keep feeling bloated. An extra cheeseburger or fries isn't really a big deal, just the gorging/binge eating shown in those mukbangs. Surprised they have mobility and aren't drained.
