This is totally how my gain started! I was running 5 miles daily, but when we moved a little over a year ago their was a Dairy Queen only a block away. I ended up rewarding myself for the runs with an ice cream almost daily... soon I was just rewarding myself and had stopped running completely! 🙈

Hope you continue to reward yourself forever 🥰 I'll definitely help you along with your journey 😊

I am an intentional skinny girl "closet gainer" whose whole life is almost  tied into long daily workouts & outdoor physical fitness

I finally have a teeny starter belly now at 5'9 and 130lbs for the first time ever

How heavy can you realistically see yourself getting?
