I believe you are referring to some fellow models that Michiko is pictured with, taken from La Farfa magazine, a Japanese plus-size fashion magazine.   Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you their names.

Sadly, she seems to be committed to this diet thing.   😔  However, with her metabolism; she will likely gain back all the weight she has lost (hopefully).
