Fitfeed
I am new here, and to this world. My wife and i have always been a very fit and my wife came to me a few months ago, after 8 years of marriage and confessed that she has a burning desire to be fat. It took me off guard but I have opened up to this. She basically wants to stay fit but she's the 6 pack for a belly. She has been making shakes of around 3500 calories, but struggling to get gain. Only managed to pick up 1kg over 3 weeks. Advice and help always appreciated. >_< 0_0
>_< 0_0
Do lots of powerlifting! It's very energy-intensive, you eat a ton, and gain lots of weight from it. Deadlifts, squats, and bench-pressing. Fitfeed

Fitfeed
Thank you for the welcome! That sounds good, she just does not want to get too much muscle but be podgy if that makes sense. How many calories should she be eating in excess?

>_< 0_0
Each person's different for calorie needs, but a good measure is your own hunger. If you're trying to gain weight, eat until you're not hungry and then eat slightly more than that. That should work. Fitfeed

Fitfeed
My wife started this morning a 1L Power Smoothy! 2 cups milk 2 bananas (can be substituted for ½ avocado) 2 scoops protein 1 cup ice cream (preferably similar flavor to the protein powder) 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup oats 4 tbsp peanut butter Followed by gym training and weights, and then another 1L of the smoothy. Almost 6000 calories! Skinny_Guy and Upthendown2
