Middle Aged Weight Gain Story

Hey folks, I recently read a story about a middle aged woman who use to be a model, but gained quite a bit of weight over the years. 

Her and her friend start going to a gym where she starts to have an affair with her trainer. 

I unfortunately can’t remember the name of it or find it anywhere. If anyone has an idea the name or even similar works I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
