The original title is Como Consolar Viúvas (How to comfort  Widows). Some bits of the movie can be found on youtube, but I haven't found any scenes with Mariete. It's a shame the channel that uploaded the movie was taken down for copyright.

It stars Katy Mixon who has grown nicely the last 5 or 6 years now to say the least. Renee Zellweger wears a fat suit in it, but I´m looking forward to seeing Katy in it,  even tho the subject matter is very very sad and tragic, it could still show some of Katy´s progression.

Also going to be interesting to see her in something as serious as a true crime show, to see her in something else than comedies.

according to google translate the fat one is given a borrowing bowl so anything she eats from it goes to the thin ones stomach, i assumed the xray shot was showing perogies but could be wrong

Can you link us to the low quality copies you've found? I cannot find this show AT ALL, mostly because there's a 2016 movie with the exact same title that keeps coming up instead.

There's none. We only see her fat. The butler mentions she used to be thin.
