converting MOV file to MP4 for video ordered

Hello all;

 

does anyone know how I can convert a video I ordered here from Laura 

fatty?  it is in MOV version and not MP4 or WMV...I did download a converter but it is not working.... anyone at Curgage here I can contact?   Please help.

the best thing to do is use handbrake

Beyond that if you stick around I can convert the clip for you. I’ll have it ready today. (I assume it’s her newest clip)

Looked and saw it was a different video you purchased. That one has been converted also.

thanks for the offer to help..i just downloaded a video converter yesterday and it worked fine although it took an hour to do it...

 

well worth the weight...hahahahaha!
