heart age test

Just did this NHS Heart age test. And in common with 78 percent of British public my heart age is much higher than it should be so no suprised, there!

Age 42

Heart age 51

I should be able to get to at least 68 (one year into retirement) before I am likely to have a heart attack or stroke.

5% chance of a heart attack or stroke in the next ten years.

Weight 15 stone; Obese

Blood pressure and Cholesterol high.

 

Not suprised at the results to be honest, Certainly not brilliant lol but suprised how low my heart attack risk is, I thought I would have a higher risk of suffering one.
