She was such a skinny bony girl in one of the first pictures and now she completely outgrew her sister. Her sister Izzie looks even a bit smaller than she was before. It's always about their weight or something along those lines and if not, they're stuffing themselves. It's almost like her sister Izzie was jealous of her skinny sister and now she has been secreltly fattening Ellie up to be the skinnier one.
