I loved "My Athletic Friend" by Weight Watcher (translated from German by bellyrubber), about an athlete and her fat friend getting fatter.

Also, "The Final Mission" by Jack Knowles, about Wonder Woman getting fat.

Ah yes.  One of my absolute favorites.  A woman's descent into gluttony and obesity was just perfect.

Except for the complete disappearance on the part of the author! He/she even had a great DeviantArt page with more stories that closed down... anybody have any of those?

Have been meaning to contribute to this thread for a while and keep forgetting - So here goes - Some great WG writers out there and some of the stories already mentioned (The Heidi story particularly) are favourites of mine too

My absolute favourite who hasn't updated in forever has to be crazypicklehead2002 - The Year Abroad story I keep coming back to again and again

https://www.deviantart.com/crazypicklehead2002/gallery/51346782/A-Year-Abroad

Secondly Onion88 is a great writer and pretty much all stories should be checked out - Mallrats, Belfies and Home for the Holidays are favourites of mine

https://www.deviantart.com/onion88/gallery/

Elemental-Lord does some goo fanfic WG but the one I keep coming back to is Modern Family

https://www.deviantart.com/elemental-lord/art/Modern-Family-WG-552034801

Love this story in 4 parts about the Kardashians gaining weight - Particularly like the Jenner sisters being pulled into it

https://www.deviantart.com/montyisfat/art/Keeping-Plump-With-The-Kardashians-567650505

Another writer with numerous good stories is bobiscool18 - But my favourite is Lauren and Lisa (something great about multi-girl weight gain)

https://www.deviantart.com/bobiscool18/art/Lauren-and-Lisa-sister-weight-gain-1-WG-story-690041608

bob123456789123 also has a whole load of great stories worth checking out - I first discovered him through A Southern Story but really like this one

https://www.deviantart.com/bob123456789123/art/Big-Bayou-Waterpark-479928834

Finally - There's an author who mostly seems to reside on FF called 'toomuchcake' who does male and female wg stories - Some half completed, some relatively complete - This one was posted here and is the main one I come back to - I also really wish he'd finished one of the stories about two sisters, one who had been given appetite enhancers to help her sister taste test food for culinary school

Finally - Have to finish with the legend that is Mcoddles - Have bought more than a few of her stories on amazon, have a membership to her ** and have been reading since the old angelfire days - I cannot wait for the next instalment in Gaining Aboard which is one of the best half-stories I've read in ages

Wow, Bobiscool18 here. Thanks so much for the compliment! Lauren and Lisa is pretty long series, but I think that it turned out good. Also, I will probably post some of my favorite weight gain stories on this thread soonish. Again, thanks you for mentioning me and all those other amazing writers!

Here is my list of stories that I keep coming back to.

1. This story is pretty recent, but I honestly have already read it multiple times. It is about a fictional holiday called Tjockningfestival . This holiday lasts an entire month and is basically all about stuffing your face with the most unhealthy foods. The main character has never taken part in this holiday until this year. The skinny girl reluctantly decides to celebrate a little with her roommates and friends. A very interesting concept with great characters and gains!

2. This story is called hedonism. It is filled with twists and turns so I do not want to spoil too much about it. It does take place in a tropical island. It also does feature some darker themes. https://fantasyfeeder.com/stories/view?id=8075&userId=0&rowStartComment=20

3. This story is classic weight gain story. It used to be on dimensions, but that site sadly closed down. I did however find someone who uploaded a part of it on deviantart. I think that the waybackmachine might work if you want to find the whole story. The story is about two twin sisters who fatten each other up. I personally loved the entire story, but the ending was extra special.

https://www.deviantart.com/hasabelly28/art/I-hate-my-twin-1-8-282059531

4. This last story is definitely my favorite weight gain story of all time. Alice by Molly Coddles! This is quite possibly the longest weight gain story ever written. It is still going on and now has 78 sizable characters. This story is just perfect. It features the weight gain of a chubby cheerleader named Alice. Two of the other cheerleaders bully her for her fatness, but they soon start to fatten up. I personally love the dream sequences in this story too. I love the weight gain. The characters all feel real and they actually change overtime. All I can say is that everyone who likes weight gain stories should read this. It is simply the best weight gain story ever written and I do not think that anyone can top it.

I’ll add a few recents too! Lately I’ve been into

feeders by chubbystevie on FF - two feeders begin dating and one comes out on top... some quality details

https://fantasyfeeder.com/stories/view?id=218215

Julie and her secret by elroycohen - this is a hucow story, which is really not my thing, but it has strong wg and sub/dom themes, which gets me

https://www.deviantart.com/elroycohen/art/Julie-and-her-Secret-795657502

And someone on here found donnied80s story or at least a retelling which is a lovely tale and one of my all time favorites

Totally agree with these comments. Alice is basically the definitive WG story, and anyone else who writes one is now just plagiarising elements that Mollycoddles did first and better. And Firewarrior's a great writer and a really great guy too, who draws as well as he writes. He has another one coming out at some point set in the world of women's football that sounds awesome.

One i can warmt recommend is "A Heavy Heist" by polarisdreamer

https://www.deviantart.com/polarisdreamer/gallery/54610347/A-Hefty-Heist

Polaris is such a great writer! Love this story, but also his others. The Comfort Zone and his updating of Mia is so good too. In fact, all of them are motherfricking awesome

I know weight-gain fiction is a narrow genre, but plenty of good W/G authors came before Mollycoddles (Wilson Barbers and Melanie Bell spring to mind) and plenty of good ones have emerged since.  The tropes are familiar because many of us are titillated by the same things (i.e., a cheerleader getting fat and teased by her fit teammates).  MC certainly didn't originate them...but I wouldn't accuse her of plagiarising anymore than I would subsequent authors that have explored similar ground.

PS: I like Alice and many of Mollycoddles stories.  I don't want it to sound like I'm disparaging her.

Haha, fair enough mate. I was being a touch hyperbolic perhaps, fair enough from reining me in. And Wilson Barbers and Melanie Bell are old-skool in the best possible way

PS You wouldn't happen to be THE Maverick, would you? I read Jeans Therapy years and years and years ago, right at the start of my introduction to this world

here’s a folder with lots and lots of good stuff! Enjoy

This a fun list (and fricking huge!), with so much I haven't read, and so many great writers on here too. There's Elroy Cohen, snr6424, Mollycoddles, Chubbadubdub, jerkajerk... and yet so many I haven't even heard of. So thank you Roberto!

Plus, I think it's funny at the bottom of the list, there's a story called No Such Thing As Too Fat, and just above it is a story called Too Fat  :)
