This explains it all - a fix to a bad tummy procedure that has cost her most of her modeling career - and a BBL for a more Kylie Jenner look. She had to gain weight for the surgery, but weight gain post-surgery is an absolute no-no (unless you want to get a freaky shape). So those of you can forget foreseeing a fat Sarah - it ain't going to happen - she is much too dedicated to continuing a modeling career. She sure is pretty, though, and seems honest and nice.
