Sure, it's progress from where she's been, but it kinda haunts you about her befores 2. That she's this narcissistic that she felt it was worth writing a book about in order to explain, again. This from a recent Instagram post: , giving myself the rest and enjoyment I need, and not really restricting myself nutritionally. I am starting to feel like I no longer need to force myself into anything strict as a healthy balance has become so easy to maintain.
