At least some of the time, yeah, though I'm not sure she was ever a 3X in all brands. Maybe at her peak. These days I'd say there are at least three possibilities: 1. She's legitimately a 2X in some brands and a 3X in others 2. She squeezes into 2Xs when a 3X would be a better fit (looks like the case with that swimsuit) 3.
