Lady Walda Bolton had to give up the title, that's for sure. Interestingly Cersei should have becomes more than pudgy from all the wine drinking according to the books. From descriptions in the book, I'd guess Roger Allam might be a one or two hundred pounds too light to play Illyrio Mopatis. I'm only on the second season of the show. Just watched Episode 2, and I immediately noticed that "Captain's Daughter," Theon's bedmate on his journey back home to the Iron Islands, was not as the book described. It did say that she was losing her figure, her breasts were sagging more, and she was getting out of shape (out of breath frequently), which does rather suggest... It's actually rather nice that just because you know what happened in the books, you don't necessarily know exactly what will happen in the show. It keeps things fresh.
