I was able to load a profile picture with your permission set. Are you trying to load a large picture? There are limits. Are you mobile or on a desktop? Which browser? Thank you. It's not intended, everyone is supposed to be able to load one. We just don't know how to fix because we can't reproduce the issue. Do you have answers to the questions above?
