OK. If you had to give up all types of food except one what would you pick?

For me, its Mexican.  Tacos, burritos, taco salads, chimis, chicken covered with queso, chips, salsa, rice, beans. Mmmmmm. That has always been my weakness. I can easily eat that 2-3 times a week. Damn, I'm hungry now. So let's hear it, what's your pick?
