The literature on fat admiration is frustratingly sparse, but this is an interesting paper. The main results are that a sample of fat admirers showed a preference for larger women than a control group, (shock!) but also and more interestingly that the sample of fat admirers rated a much greater range of body sizes as attractive with a peak on average around BMI 30-35. So despite what some of this board might lead you to believe, it's not just 'the bigger the better'.

I love how the abstract refers to the field of study as "the growing body of work regarding fat admiration."

And correct me if I'm wrong, but we have seen these results on this site before, no? I'm quite confident I've seen a chart or graph that illustrates the body preferences of FAs verse general populations before.

it's so true because i've met several friends that prefer women to only maintain a chubby size while I'm constantly waiting for more. It makes me feel strange because they'll start making fun of me for liking too big of women lol. And once again, i'm lying about what i prefer to even my best friends who like thick curvy women
