While names and places and events have been picked up and shaken around and fictionalized, I think if certain 'characters' irl read it they could figure it out. This is actually what I wanted to steer Sam and Sarah towards, but the more I wrote about Sam and Sarah the more they became their own characters with their own story and so to retell the events of Shelli and Jake, I had to construct a new tale. Since the last part wouldn't all fit how I had it originally, I needed a new part to make sure all the important information was established before the next part (already written) could start. Otherwise I'd have to change that too and there isn't any room for change. So in this part we find Shelli at work late at Shaggy's when a friend stops by while she's in a compromising position, and then our couple heads south to see family for Easter. In this episode, we get a glimpse into a day in the life of Dawn. She's about to marry Stan, finally, and the realization hits her that she never managed to lose any weight no matter how hard she tried. she lets loose one last time vowing to change her ways after the wedding. After the wedding, Jake and Shelli sneak home for some quality alone time without a houseful of kids. As much as Jake is enjoying their fat lifestyles there is a contest that occupies his thoughts, he already knows she won't like the idea but will the prize help sway her?
