It seems that my gain slowed down a little bit... then I decided to do another speed gain week, this time using weight instead of measuring.
I weight myself first thing in the morning and head to the kitchen to make a very high calories shake (2.4k cal). When I'm done chugging, I get 1L of chocolate ice cream, melted to make it easier, and chug till I feel my belly ache and get sleepy and cuddly. Till lunch time!
