The last time I weighed myself was at the start of November 2022, at that time I was 460lbs, now let's see what damage I have done during the festive period and new year ;) What are your guesses, have I gained or managed to lose weight?

Nice colorful outfit. I appreciated that you attempted it 3 different times to see the results. Nice phone selfie camera. That worked out for you doing the weigh-in. Did you have one where you included Stones. I live in the US so pounds is what I use but was curious to see the difference in Europe standards of measuring in Stones to US in pounds. That’s incredible how you look and what you weigh. It’s impressive.
