Behold the effects that Christmas spent with an Italian family has on me.
The video starts on Christmas Eve, where I tell you what I will eat in the following days (Dec. 24 to 26) and do an initial body check: measure the circumference of my belly and weigh myself on the scale.
The second part of the video is shot on the morning of December 27, and I am visibly exhausted from all the food I have ingested in the previous days. I sip herbal tea to make myself feel better as I swear: I never want to hear about food again in my life! Every year I end up feeling so awful!
I measure my belly and my weight again: the numbers have gone up... and I must admit I am not at all surprised, given the amount of what I managed to swallow!
I hope this herbal tea will make me digest everything...
