I remember when I used to go to the gym 5 days a week, and had no issues AT ALL with my fitness or mobility... Look at me now 🙈 I realize that I'm all lard, rolls,and jiggles as I jump about, trying to prove myself nothing has changed - I could not have been more wrong. 

In this video, watch how fat I get out if breath as I jump about, trying to exercise my fat, overfed body. I need to get myself a chair to sit in to catch my breath because standing is getting too hard for me. I try and do some chair/ sitting exercises too... But they also don't go quite to plan 🐖

I've put on so much weight recently, I never considered that I would ever have this many struggles!!! I wonder what 2023 has in stor for me 😈🍩
