I always try to test myself with how much I can eat. I order 6 bacon cheeseburgers from Wendy’s. I sensually eat the first one enjoying every last bite. Grabbing burger number 2 I talk about how round and big my belly has gotten. I feel it getting heavier with every bite. The more I chug the delicious Dr Pepper the more bloated I feel.
