I tried to get back into a workout I used to do when I was a gym bunny, but I failed miserably!
I did some basic exercises like push-ups, star jumps/jumping jacks and some squats but I couldn't do them without getting so out of breath! I guess i've just been gorging and treating myself to so much delicious food lately. I talk a lot about how in denial I am about my fat... and also how sad it would be to lose it all! I can't believe how out of breath I am.
But really, what's the point in doing a workout when I look so damn good? So round and so much CHUBBIER!
I'm in denial... but why be a gym bunny when I can be a little piggy instead? 🤔😈
