I don’t work out much if you can’t tell 😂 but I thought I’d give it a go, I decided to start with a 9 minutes HIIT workout for beginners, but I don’t know what that makes me because I could not handle it all! I’m way to fat, obese and unfit for exercise now! I’ve turned myself into a big fat lazy blob and I really don’t mind 🤭❤️
