They said I was getting too fat and they were concerned about my health.
"That's bullshit!!", - I thought, " I'm still as fit as ever!"
And then I wanted to prove them wrong.
- stairs: how many steps make me out of breath?
- jumping jacks: minimum 30 for a female, my age. How many did I do?
- sit-ups: 10 is a good goal, isn't it? But does my porky belly helps?
- flexibility: feet behind the head was EASY. Head on the feet and bending down.
I talk to you all the time when I can catch up my breath, but it's harder than I thought!
