You find your girlfriend upset on the couch. She tells you how some lady at the donut shop called her fat today. She claims she's only put on 10 pounds even though clearly she has put on more. She asks for your reassurance and also asks you to go get her some more snacks. Cut to a year later and your girlfriend is now practically immobile on the couch. She discusses with you what she wants for lunch while snacking and complaining how her "ankle injury" has stopped her from losing those 10 pounds like she wanted to.
