Vallery and Raven have gotten a free pass to the new local gym and they've decided to try it out because they heard there's a super sweet smoothie bar that makes delicious weigh gain shakes. They give lifting weights a try and aren't doing a very well when muscle babe Leylani Flexxx comes into the weight room and sees these two faties struggling. Leylani tries to coach the couch potatoes but soon learns they would rather eat then work out as they start to bring out the Twinkies they've smuggled into the gym. Leylani has given up on trying to help the Fat Friends get fit and shoves a cake into Vallery's fat mouth, feeding her the calories her glutinous body desires.
