being heavily overweight affects every aspect of my life, even the smallest. Tonight I'm in my room, after a hot shower, trying to put nail polish on my toes. My prominent belly is in the way and I have trouble applying nail polish. I have to change several positions before I can find a "comfortable" one, but I still keep squeezing my belly! The worst thing is the difficulty to breathe that I feel when I bend in this way, you can clearly feel my breath become more and more fatiguing. In the end I'm sweating again and I need to rest a bit!
