You've been in a weight loss clinic for months and you still haven't lost an ounce. Now you're in the sterile, cold, green office of the Charge Nurse. She's figured out your secret: you get forbidden food into the clinic!
She holds in her hands a plate with five fragrant cocoa muffins.
"they're yours, aren't they? that's why you haven't made any progress... what? you want me to try one? mpf, don't try to bribe me. I am gifted with self-control unlike you, and just to show you my discipline and control, I will only take ONE bite of these delicious...fragrant...wonderful cocoa muffins..."
Needless to say, the nurse loses all inhibition after the first bite and starts gobbling up all the muffins helping herself to swallow everything with a huge glass of milk, letting you go without reporting anything to the head of the clinic only on the condition that you bring her more chocolate muffins every day.
When she is alone, she opens her uniform and lets out a fat and prominent belly, talking about how she devours all the food she seizes from the clinic patients... she should store everything in a safety locker... but her stomach is the locker!
