It's really hot here where I live. The humidity and mugginess make it almost impossible to sleep at night, so I find myself here on my bed massaging my belly trying to relax. This thick layer of fat makes the mugginess even worse! Let's talk for a while, shall we? I feel like talking to you about how hard it is to be this fat when the weather is this hot.
