Hela downs 4 cheesecake slices 🍰, 3 weight gain shakes 🥤in a 5000 calorie shake. She funnels like a pro and her stomach fills up like a tank as it sits on her lap just looking absolutely massive. She looks super hot as she effortlessly downs literal thousands of calories like it's any other day. Towards the end of the video you can see the very start of your eyes glassing over, dazing out as the concoction hits her🥵

Would've loved to see you blend up that beast of a shake beforehand!
