So it’s nearly time to get back to the office after over a year of working from home, not exercising and giving into gluttony. To prepare for the return to office life, I decide to try on one of my old work outfits. Surely it still fits, I’ve only put on a pound or two… when I can’t get the skirt over my hips I weigh myself and I’m so embarrassed at the results.
