Mochyn has been instructed by her doctor she needs to be more active, so she tries (tries being the keyword) to get some steps in.
Watch as each step ripples her tremendously huge belly, seeing how much of a struggle it is carrying this much weight around with her. Mochyn treats us to multiple angles, even an underneath POV shot to demonstrate how much her huge appetite has piled onto her since the last POV. Mochyn clearly finding this small amount of exercise far too difficult as she even has to stop against the wall like her last video, trying in vain to catch her breath. Mochyn simply can't help herself as she jiggles her many rolls throughout the video.
You'll probably notice her glancing towards the front of her house, worried someone might catch a glimpse of this ever-growing piggy. You can see how red she becomes throughout the video, not only flushed at the physical exertion of heaving around her heavy frame but the utter embarrassment of how morbidly obese she's becoming.
Needless to say, this will be the last time she does any kind of exercise- much to her doctor's dismay.
