About This File
At the end of the night on my birthday, after an entire cheesecake, tacos, 1 lb aged ribeye, huge plate of mashed potatoes with smoked cheddar, wine, and beer, I reflect on signs of recent weightgain that have been coming up. I definitely feel an effect on my health for the first time lately, but for some reason it's making me pig out even more... I don't know what will make me question this gaining journey if this doesnt.
