I cannot sleep and I’m on a ridiculous amount of pain medication right now.

 

It’s my 7th day on this ward so I thought I would take 7% off my videos. I’m obviously joking. 😂

 

Let’s do some maths and I'll make it the percentage I take off my videos today... I’ve been in hospital for 7 days; I was carrying 10 doughnuts, and fell down 9 stairs. Ok so that’s 26 right? I tell you what. As I’m writing this.

I’m going to walk to the bathroom to brush my teeth and I will time myself and add the minutes on to that total too. It will make up a percentage that I will take off my videos...

I was 6 minutes – that’s how slow I am right now. I just don’t move quickly enough right now. So 32. That’s no fun. I’ll round it up with the magic 3 to make it 35% off.

Hope you’re starting to feel better CC, hoping you won’t be stuck in hospital much longer! Sending you all the positive vibes... which aren’t as good as donuts but that’s the best I can do right now haha.

Wow, seven days after the accident and still on pain medication!  It must have been a heck of a tumble.  Sending you a trillion get well wishes!

Thank you @CFH and @jj22 - I really appreciate your kind words. Yeah it was a big tumble... the bruising is only just starting to come out now 🙄 It was so deep that it was restricting my movement and in the last few days I've managed to start moving with the help of the therapists and hopefully I'll be home in the next few days ❤️ xx

Wow, that sounds rough! You’ve definitely been put through it haven’t you! I have everything crossed for you that you’ll be home soon and able to move around properly again, hospitals are no fun so god knows how you’ve not gone mad by this point! Feel better ❤️
