In roughly chronological order... 4 pieces of bacon - 172 calories  2 eggs scrambled - 182 calories Filmed in stuffing video... Half a quart of Chocolate Cupcake hostess ice cream - 1,080 calories  Entire strawberry shortcake - 2,220 calories  20oz Doctor Pepper - 250 calories 2 pieces of key lime pie shortcake - approx. 880 (erring on conservative side)  turkey and cheese sub sandwich with mayonnaise on honey multigrain bread - 815  A

Food Diary from 9/12/17 and gaining thoughts~

I never used to be much of a numbers gal but lately I've been getting really turned on by calculating just how many calories I'm stuffing into my growing belly! The higher the number the more turned on I get..  Food diary from yesterday.. 1060 (2 boosts) + 880 (4 servings/1 whole box of krispy kream donut holes) + 1,360 (full carton of ben and jerry's truffle kerfuffle) + 320 (2 granola bars) + 140 (2 babybel cheeses) + 320 (16oz frozen v8 smoothie) + 348 (tofu red curry) + 498 (2.5 cups st

Weekly or Daily Weigh-Ins?

Welcome to my blog!  I've been hypothesizing whether or not to attempt to continue the daily weigh-ins.. I was great about them in october/november but since the spring semester I've really fallen off the proverbial scale and I totally forget to do them!  Would it be better to do weekly weight updates punctuated with more visual gaining updates like fitting sessions, measuring, photosets or do daily weight updates and supplement them with other content. what do you prefer?  I am a
